AT&T Store

The customer service at this store is amazing! I had a horrible time with the call Center service trying to gain access to my account and got told over the phone that no one could not help me and was hung up on multiple times. The manager, Xoxhitl and Ish went out of their way to help me solve this incredibly frustrating situation and we’re so friendly with everyone coming in even during a rush of people and a broken pay machine. I appreciate being able to have such knowledgeable friendly people helping actually help me solve my problem. Will come back here in a heart beat!

I Recently visited the AT&T store in Burbank on San Fernando Road. I was immediately greeted by the staff and noticed there were a couple of people waiting in front of me. When it was my turn, the manager Xoxhitl took care of me and was amazing. Great customer service. We went over my old iPhone, and discussed the model I wanted the iPhone 15 Pro Max. We went over the new iPhone and the data transfer and more. Xoxhitl made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone to visit this AT&T store!

Harutyun was very helpful and knowledgeable during our visit today. He was able to help us with everything we needed. Appreciated his kindness and willingness to explain things clearly.

Even thought Jason works in Glendale, we are greatful Burbank had him fill in! Jason is the BEST! Patient and kind, we recommend this this store always and if you have the privilege to meet Jason, consider yourself Blessed!!!

Robert helped me and everything was done seamlessly. Got a new phone and a second line with no complications transferring E-sims (I’ve had problems doing it on my own). AT&T is my favorite provider and will never switch companies!

Harut was an exceptional customer service rep during my visit today. He was not only knowledgeable in all things AT&T, but he was calm and patient while educatig us on the different services AT&T provides. Will be back and always ask for him to assist us!

The girl with blonde hair and long lashes was very helpful and respectful. She made me feel understood. I had trouble with my phone bill and she simplified the over charges. I think her name started w a (B)

Brianna was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient with all my questions and help me get the best plan and phone for me. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.

Gevork was able to help us get our iPhone working again, somehow sim pin got used and disabled my gf’s cellular ability. Great job. Thank you so much.

I did not want to go into 2024 with my same old phone and Brianna definitely helped me with the process of getting a newer phone with a good deal. Would definitely go back and ask for her help when shopping for a new phone.

kristine shamanism went above and beyond helping my today, they are a light in a dark world. a phenomenal candidate for att employee of the year and deserves a raise!
