—The level of service I received at this location was on a much higher level than any other!
—Despite arriving at a time when the store was full, calls were coming in constantly, and customers were being difficult, Amanveer went above and beyond for me! She helped me make multiple copies, a FAX, and sent something through the mail!

—The attention to detail, the friendliness, and resourcefulness made this experience phenomenal! She is incredible! I even forgot some of my files when I left and she came out to make sure she brought them to me! I enjoyed the experience and will make this my #1 location whenever possible for UPS services! UPS, you have an amazing team member in your team!

Davis at the Sachse UPS Store was AMAZING!! I had so many returns to Amazon.. he helped me scan and provided receipts for all of them. Thank YOU for being patient with me DAVIS !!!

Jeel, Shilesh and Heli went above and beyond, to help me ship 23 packages today! They were so kind and patient and also stayed 10 minutes after closing, to ensure that I was good to go! This is by far my favorite UPS location for all of my shipping needs!

There’s an amazing worker there named Ashina, she was so understanding and easy to work with. She shipped my things perfectly and they shipped out so fast. Definitely coming back for my shipping here.

I go to this store at least once a week and everyone is always so helpful and polite. Jeel Dhanani especially is always quick to greet me and always very friendly and efficient. She does a great job!

How amazing and smooth it was to ship and customer service was so warm and nice

I have nothing but good to say about them. Was in there 09/08/2023 and left my wallet there and drove off. They called me within 10 mins and told me I left it. The service is absolutely great.

Riyasat rashid was so helpful and patient throughout our whole process. I actually made a mistake in packing and he helped us fix the issue and made it easy for us. We had a great experience and will definitely continue using this ups store in particular due to their prompt and helpful service .

There is an employee there named Cree and he has saved my life AND wallet [it fell and he caught it] when assisting me in my transactions. Hes incredibly helpful and also has a great sense of humor! 10/10 store and 11/10 employee!! Im definitely returning here again!

We needed several documents notarized and an ID Verification for the sale of a property out of country. I was skeptical of UPS being able to to do the ID Verification. I called a dozen different other notaries who either did not call back, couldn't/wouldn't do it, or went out of business but still listed. I then decided to visit this UPS location.
Cree was the notary on duty and was able to meet and complete all our needs along with the ID Verification. He was very professional, diligent, and made sure the instructions were followed. Excellent work! If you need any notary services don't hesitate to see Cree at UPS!
