I had ordered invitations and Savanah was so helpful! I had emailed her questions, regarding price, details, etc and she was very patient/helpful in everything! She kept me informed of the process and even offered suggestions- which I followed her advice and therefore I am very pleased! They turned out great!

No matter what I have ever needed from The UPS Store 2913 they are always courteous, friendly, and helpful. Felicia, Billy, Will, and Krista are always very easy to deal with if I am shipping a package or have general questions. Dakota and Savannah are the best around at making sure any of my printing needs look professional and are done in a timely manner. All around the crew here are a pleasure to do business with!

Dakota and the crew at the UPS store in Beckley is top-notch. I’ve been in business for 11 months and they’ve helped me with all of my printing needs from menus to flyers to stickers and even banners! Every time my items are top quality and prepared quick. I would highly recommend these guys if you have any printing or shipping needs.

I walked in one day looking for some assistance shipping a package to a friend out of state, this handsome young man named Billy helped me out. He was so polite and so helpful! He is definitely an asset to this store.
