Pizza was delicious. Air conditioning was great. Clean store,friendly & helpful staff. Well stocked. All in all I had a very enjoyable & productive visit.

Cheapest place for a car battery. Elijah was great! Only one working dept, but there was an issue, and he took it upon his self to fix it... He let me know everything that was going on during the process. He was top-notch! Plus store is extremely clean

This morning a worker assisted me. By carrying my bags of mulch loading me up and walking me to my car to help load it!!! I truly appreciated his help and actually his co worker assisted him load my car. No better service ever received. Thank you to that kind gentleman.

At Sam’s club at least once a week! Cashier Mallory is always so sweet and helpful has an outstanding personality a smile to always brighten my day we don’t always know when we have a wonderful employee, but I thought you should know. Tracy Castle

They make the best cakes that nobody else around has including licensed cakes 4 cartoon characters and such. You can special order from literally hundreds of cakes including wedding and birthday from One tier 2 I believe 3 or 4 tier. So many different icings. They have good cookies and croissants along with so many other things. The staff is very friendly and will work with you if you're on a short notice Within 24 hours or so. They also keep in stock cakes of different flavors at all times and cupcakes. Great prices to beat!

Several things happened at Sam's for this Five star rating. Firstly the person at the information desk was very pleasant. Then when I ordered a pizza everyone was very nice. My pizza had the right amount of toppings. It was fantastic.

Huge shout-out to the tire center! My daughter was traveling home to Charleston on I-77, hit something in the road, and had a tire blow about 25 miles south of Beckley. She got the donut spare put on, by a kind WV Highway Patrolman. She still had about 80 miles to travel on a donut that is rated for 50-75 miles. At around 5:15 on a Sunday, I didn't think there was much chance of getting service and doubted they would have the right tire since I special ordered them at my NC club last December, but decided to call and ask. I explained the situation and to my surprise, the caring associate said he had the tire, and if she got there soon he could take care of it. I quickly called her (I was running logistics from my home in NC) and she happened to be at the Beckley exit, and was able to get off the highway, and head to Sam's. Another thing I should mention is I explained to the associate that my daughter uses a wheelchair so if she had to park and wheel into the club that would slow things down and she might be too late. He agreed to let her drive directly to the tire center bays and eliminate the normal check-in via the door process. At 6:02, I received a text that she had the new tire and was safely back on the road with a free tire, covered under Sam's road hazard warranty, no longer having to worry about all the limitations of the donut spare. I have been a Sam's member for a couple decades, and as a former mobile caterer who used to visit different Sam's Clubs several times a week, I can honestly say I have never encountered such above and beyond "happy to help" service. Like that dude can wear that slogan for real! I wish I had asked his name, but neglected to do so in the frenzied discussion. Great job, Beckley Sam's Club tire man! Thank you a million times over!

Parking can be a pain some times but the costumer service is exceptional! A very clean place to shop (even the restrooms are great). Great prices on bulk products. As with any store some things are more expensive than other places but not many items are this way.

Went shopping 10am with my mom, it was fairly crowded. The cashier was good.But the young man who worked carts was amazing. We needed help as we had several heavy items. He was very polite and eager to help us. Kudos go out to him. Wish I knew his name.

Bought my dream TV today!!! Couldn't beat the price!!! The lady at the checkout was friendly and informative!!! Got a slice of pizza and a hot dog combo and it was awesome!!! Enough for 3 people!!! They have a Mt dew monsoon fountain drink that is great!!!

This is one of the most helpful Sam's Club crews anywhere. Call them the Vanilla Ice Crew - If you have a problem, yo they'll solve it. They're also extremely polite and welcoming - something one doesn't see as often nowadays.

They have the best pharmacist in town but come when they open at 9:00 am. Saturday mornings are probably the worst day to come to Sam's. The parking lot is full, with SUVs taking up two spaces, pick-up trucks that don't pull all the way in, so that you can see to back up, and drivers that don't stop for people in the crosswalk.

Great employees and great store, parking lot is busy and the persons who created the parking lot need to stop the flow in front of the store of traffic not part of Sam's Club as some continue to run the obvious Stop sign there and run through the pedestrian walk while persons are in there. Other than that quick in and quick out.

You can get some really good deals on bulk items... especially food. You have to be a smart shopper however because not everything is a good price. Most people were wearing masks which is good, but there were a handful of a**holes not wearing even though they were passing out free masks at the entrance. I just don't get it.

Very well stocked! All the workers were very nice. Our cashier was the best. Very polite and helpful. Really enjoy shopping there.

An excellent Sam’s Club. Have been a resident in the area for many years and this place always offers a consistent experience. The prices are as good as you can get and in some cases are better than Amazon. What really stands out at this location is the Tire department. They truely stand by their product and will go out of their way to help. They have worked on tires and wheels they didn’t even originally sale just to do the right thing. They will stand by a tire warranty without question. The guy with the poney tail, josh?, is the most pleasant individual you will find in a tire store. A far better experience than other local places. Besides that I also find the meat at Sam’s a bit higher quality than other grocery chains and have had decent luck with their live plants and bulbs.

Excellent selection and prices on so many things. Products that you actually need and use. Store was clean and well stocked. Wait at the checkout was minimal.

This is a great Sams Club. They are also community driven. They are always doing things with local organizations. The people who I’ve dealt with here are very helpful. This Sams Club location is very well stocked and I’ve never had a bad experience here. If you need anything from fried rice to 32” curved monitors, and you have a membership, this is THE place to go in Beckley.
