Holiday Inn & Suites Beckley, an IHG Hotel

We had a baby shower here using their conference room, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue! The staff were INCREDIBLY nice and helpful, and all of the guests loved the hotel.

We ended up getting a room here as well and the pool is amazing, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are very clean.

All in all, I can't rate this place highly enough, especially if you are using their conference room for an event!

The lobby had a pretty Christmas tree and fireplace, which gave it a cozy look. Front desk staff were very nice. Room was cheerful and spotless with a very comfortable bed. Restaurant had good food and a nice bartender/ waitress. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

Well I am a truck driver that was stranded and I called the hotel and asked if they had a shuttle. They said no but there manager Roxanne came and picked me up from the Truck travel plaza and brought me to the hotel. I thought that was supper service right there. Triple A for your outstanding service. The other ladies that were there were also very nice and helpful. Roxanne and crew treated me with lots of respect and gave me lots of laughter. Sure needed it. They have a Restaurant and bar. Fantastic Burger and fries 🍟 oh my. You have to try. Keep up the good work y'all and thank you for the nice WV hospitality. Definitely will be back in the future. 😘

We held an event here, Roxanne, Bri and Cammi made it seamless!
The breakfast was convenient, the conference room served our purpose perfectly.
We had 10 people stay here for a week and there were 0 complaints! I would not hesitate to use this Holiday Inn again for an event!

Quick and easy check in. Nice clean parking lot/lobby/room. Staff was friendly, no complaints! We are IHG Rewards Memebers and stay at them when we travel cross country, and we do this quite a bit. Thus is one of the nicer Holiday Inn & Suites we have stayed at and if we come back through this way, we will stay again!

I love this hotel because of the people who work there. I hope IHG recognizes that it doesn't matter how luxurious your hotel is if you don't have great staff. How you are treated makes all the difference in the world. I have a choice to where I want to stay for work and pleasure. It only takes one bad experience to make a customer never come back. I stay at this location mostly due to the staff. 3 people always stand out and ALWAYS go above and beyond what they have to. So if you stay Trina and Brianne in the restaurant will take care you. They are exceptional and the main reason I come to this location. They will take great care if you! Roxanne I believe is now in sales but you see her around still. She is alway willing to help you and she is always so funny and cheerful. There are some newer people that are great I just don't know there names. Housekeeping keeping also has always taken care of me. They work hard and I'm also forgetting names, Amber is one that is great. So if you go They will take care of you (make sure you take care of them to they deserve it 💯). Anywhere you go there is going to me something that you would change, there may be one or two that isn't that friendly but remember it may just be there personality or you never know what is going on in someone's life. So be kind. I don't know what has happened to people today but you don't see this to often. ENJOY AND HAVE FUN IN YOUR LIFE!

Roxanne was the best! Talk about friendly and helpful. It isn’t often that you get someone who cares, but she is the real deal. After a long day of driving, I love having a full service (wine anyone) restaurant on site.

Our stay was great. The rooms were very clean and the service from Roxanne and Cammi was impeccable. Kem’s Restaurant was delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back!

We have been traveling all evening and when searching for a hotel to rest up for the next day of travel we selected one that unfortunately allowed pets. Two of us are allergic and we were unable to stay. So we headed over to this holiday inn and Autumn at the desk was very nice and understanding of our situation. She was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite and include a free breakfast in the morning. Autumn thank you so much for your kindness at the end of this long day. 10/10 recommend.

Autumn is extremely helpful and incredible staff member. I have stayed at numerous IHG locations and a diamond elite member for years now. Top notch employee. Anything we needed on the 4th floor she took the request seriously and handled it herself and brought it to the room.

To management:
Promote Autumn immediately to a position of greater responsibility and pay.(if she isn’t the manager already)

Great hotel with a great location right off the highway. Just minutes from New River Gorge National Park. We checked in later in the evening and the staff was extremely helpful with our questions about the area. Definitely will use again as the price was very reasonable for a weekend night.

This hotel was very nice with quality beds and service . Autumn that works the front desk is very helpful and professional. She made sure all our requests were met right away .

Roxanne and Robyn at the front desk were incredibly friendly, kind, and personable. They made our check-in experience smooth and enjoyable.

Basically a fine experience. Check-in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and nice. Little negatives: the door to the room would slam very loudly if you just let it go, the shower head was a bit low and the tub a bit narrow (water pressure was fine) and toilet paper roll was pretty inaccessible. The workout room was only weights, no treadmill or such. There is a restaurant on site that handled the morning buffet. That was excellent, everything hot and especially good biscuits! Little quibbles aside, we would certainly stay here again.

Friendly welcoming staff, especially Roxanne and Autumm! Clean rooms made for a comfortable stay, and there was a good selection for breakfast.

Oh my gosh... this place... the manager who was working on the night of 5.26.23: absolutely incredible. She is a gem of a woman and an employee. We were passing through town from Michigan. She referred us to a dinner place, got us into a room at the last minute, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was just such a special person. The rooms were amazing, spacious and SUPER CLEAN!

The staff was delightful, and Cammi Hatfield was extremely polite and professional. I enjoyed my stay, and will be returning the next time I’m in town.

I stayed here with my wedding party & the service was top notch! Rooms were clean, check in was a breeze & Roxanne at the front desk was so wonderful! She gave us the full diamond elite treatment & made our stay so wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!
