Picked up order & they loaded it for me was there all of 20 mins ,Vickie is the sweetest person at customer service desk

They don't have home Depot in Beckley WV. Lowe's is right up the street less than a mile away. Renovated bathroom last winter bought all the materials there and all of our flowers for summer and many other things we need.

Friendly staff if you can find someone to help you they seam to be knowledgeable about the products

Great service ,they helped carry and load my merchandise and the military discount is always a plus.

Lowe's have most to the things you need for home improvements or repairs. The staff here can be very helpful. The store has sections that make finding things easier. They have a fairly good selection of tools, and tool sets. There is also a good selection of power tools ( both plugins and battery powered). Many yard working tools and plants to put in your garden.

This store is getting 5 stars based solely on one person, Jeremy who works in the Garden Center. He was extremely helpful which cannot be said for the rest of the store. I found myself "hunting" for help while shopping in other areas but Jeremy welcomed me right off the bat and answered my questions. He even helped me with peat moss and a very heavy birdbath. I will most certainly return as long as he is working. I recommend going straight to the garden center and ask for him. He will find the help you need no matter where it is in the store.

Customer service can't be beat. Had large online order that was delivered the next day, never had that happen before. Was missing one item that was supposed to be in stock. The delivery driver said the system said they had it but couldn't locate it. So I drove to the store to cancel the missing item. When I got there customer service rep told me the same thing. So they offered me an alternative which was a great deal. This Lowe's has always had excellent customer service.

Love Lowe's. What able to purchase a new toilet for our bathroom remodel. Originally, $279 marked down to $199. You can usually find some great deals. If you are in need of new appliances, be sure to check out the clearance section. We picked up a really good washer and dryer for 1/2 price, and they are great.

About 99.99 percent of the time they have what I need. Employees are friendly and helpful. Usually avoid the store on weekends as it can get very, very busy. Sometimes there is a pretty long line at checkout. Signage is good for learning what is in each aisle. I have had deliveries for appliances, lumber and other items to my home. Their drivers and employees have always been courteous on each visit. And I don't ever recall them being late on what time they said they would arrive.

Purchased a GE brand washer and dryer from beckley lowes and unfortunately had to return the same brand washing machine twice within 3 days due to what im assuming was a manufacturer defect. When we called GE customer support they were of no help and would not send a technician or even offer to try and give us any assistance in figuring out what could be wrong with the unit. Finally decided to return the GE set and go with a different brand and was helped and treated extremely well buy the assistant manager of the store. Thank you! Oh and if your looking to buy a front load laundry system the LG units are working just fine and are a lot quieter than the GE 😁

Easy to find what you are looking for great employees

Store is very clean and very busy most of the time. I try to be understanding and patient in this world we currently live in. They almost always have what I need if not they get it ordered right. I am a professional hvac technician so I generally don't need any assistance.

This store has changed so much in the past month or so. Not sure if it's the new store manager or what it may be but everyone here is very helpful, very friendly and seem very happy to be there. The cashiers, people on the floor and even customer service have smiles on their faces always. One lady in particular seems very pleasant and always helpful when I have been there. Not sure if she works as a cashier or on the floor as I've seen her all over the store. Lumber price has went up I assume from this virus. All employees wear their masks. Clean, helpful place. Will return for many days to come. Thank you Lowes

Yes a new dryer Shaw salesman was great remember always get extended warranty I did 5 years 129 dollars. BOTH are dryers broke with in a week so we got new at Lowe's great prices oh yea delivery was free and what a good driver they have. You don't mine tipping for the best delivery service ever thanks

The young woman that helped and checked me out in appliances was so helpful, friendly, and just overall made the shopping experience that much more amazing. Wish I could remember her name to thank her!
