Did you know that Kroger at Beckley Crossing employs a Fairy Godmother? Her name is Glenna and she works in the Floral Department. She "saved the day" last week after I purchased a corsage on behalf of my son at a highly rated florist nearly an hour away. I was devastated when I picked up the flowers; they were inferior and unattractive. In a panic, I remembered two years prior when Glenna had constructed a charming wristlet for another event. I crossed my fingers and called Kroger.....did she still work there, I wondered? Oh, yes! Although she was busy with a full wedding order, she took the time to design an utterly gorgeous corsage befitting a princess! I am convinced that Glenna has a magic wand. The flowers were sparkly, soft, a perfect compliment to the formal ballgown. I was so relieved, tears welled up....she must know how grateful we all are. So, thank you Glenna the Fairy Godmother for waving your magic wand. You took dust from a shattered expectation and turned it into a dream come true.

Delivered 6 pallets of water to store. Maxine at customer service is short handed, but done a fantastic job of getting the personnel to get off loaded. Great job!!

Best place in town has all my special dietary stuff

Shelves are usually kept well stocked (exceptions: beginning of month due to persons receiving SSI, SSDI or SS at that time but that's at most any store). Any time in Beckley, we stop in to see if there's any new deals. Most employees are helpful and courteous.

Kroger is a one-stop quick shop kinda place. But there is a hold up at the registers sometimes cause they get backed up. But it seems to move pretty smoothly. So it's all good.

Helpful staff, and the store is kept well stocked with the necessities for my family and I. I also enjoy the fuel points program.

Well stocked grocery store. Spacious aisles. Recently found out that they have a hard alcohol section. Truly one stop shopping and you can order online and pick it up...no reason to get out of your car (unless you want alcohol or tobacco products).

All the Kroger in BECKLEY is Nice..the Deli is my Place to Get Nice ,Tasty ,Crisp Fried Chicken...and The Deli Meats are Fresh..

I always come here for groceries. The layout is efficent and the store has recently been updated. Its always clean and the staff is pleasant. The only thing that could use some help are the restrooms.

Did the order pick up today for the first time and honestly I must say I am impressed! I used to go to IGA in Daniels and would spend almost $200 a week in groceries. My fiancée and I decided to change and go to Kroger instead. I can get almost 2 weeks worth of groceries or less than half of that. It was super easy to check out online and have it ready when my fiancée got out of the mines to go pick it up. The prices are great, people are really friendly and they gave us free chocolate for Valentine’s Day. Will continue doing the pick up and going to Kroger! Thank you!

E over 5 minutes to find soup. It was not on any of the aisle signs. I did find it finally.

I had a dream for a cake for my husbands 38th birthday and Walmart wouldn't do it. Kroger at Beckley crossing did it spot on! My husband has helped me survive and beat a very rare cancer so for his 38th I wanted something special. If you need something amazing done and done right, ask for Sue. That whole bakery rocks their cakes!!!

First time to Beckley in over 45 years and since Kroger is in Tejas I knew that they're have what we needed! They even carry organics! The employees are super kind and efficient!

This is a wonderful store..friendly, helpful employees, fast checkout, meats always fresh with good selection, and a great well stocked produce dept....I shop there weekly.

Nicely stocked very courteous, and very clean and I would recommend my friends to go to kroger.

Fast in and out with a wide selection. Meat is some of the best in the area, and store personnel will walk to the other side of store to assist you.

The pharmacist is hot! And very nice. She is very helpful with all of her customers.

Super excited to find UKROPS items in the store...especially Chicken Salad and Redskin Potato Salad ..not to mention White House Rolls...❤
