Candice, is the epitome of excellent customer service. I was looking for a wind resistant safety jacket and she showed me several options of which had different qualities. She went above and beyond. She offered me water and even gave me some trail mix. I felt like I was at Nordstrom or the Mercedes dealership. I ended up spending almost $400.00 and it was worth it. 🥳🥳😁😁👌🏾👌🏾👍🏿 Thank you!

Excellent customer service! Josh is very knowledgeable. I’ve bought dozens of work boots through the years and I dread each time I have to buy a new pair because my wide feet make it hard to get a perfect fit and I’m used to sales associates in shoe departments becoming understandably impatient with customers at the end of a long day. Not the case here. Josh is the example of how this profession should be performed. He was helping three other customers at the same time when I was there and all four of us felt like we were the only customer in the store because Josh’s listens intently to each customer and is an expert in his field. The boots he picked for me were not the most expensive; they were the perfect fit and the perfect type for the work I have to do. Also, everyone else working here was kind and professional. I’ll go out of my way to go to this location to get my next pair of boots or any workwear clothing and I’ve been telling my team to do the same. In the trades, time is money and you’ll save money here because they won’t waste your time. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

So awesome! One of the guys who works there helped me find a missing pair of pants that were in my size, but on the wrong shelf, he checked the inventory and searched all the shelves, even though it was closing time… Such excellent service! I did not expect it, but I was very grateful 10 out of 10, give this man a raise!

I had bought a pair of Danner boots that were supposed to be water proof about three months ago. I worked in the rain a couple of days ago and my feet got soaked. The boots were defective and so I brought them back to the store because of the year long warranty. I figured I would have a huge hassle exchanging the boots because I had been working in them doing heavy construction, so the were pretty worn for just three months, but to my surprise I had no problems. I will definitely buy my work gear from this store in the future. 👍 The only problem I had was trying to find another pair of boots that were in my size and style I wanted.

They where so helpful. Called other stores to get the right size for my husband. We have been their several times before and staff were great. Prices are good and a great selection.

I have never been inside this store, but I have eaten my lunch in their parking lot several times. Their mostly empty parking lot.

They have a great selection of scrubs for me and workware for my husband too!! Staff is always friendly and very helpful!

They have a great assortment of workwear including things for women and a section for kids. They had scrubs too. Good quality and for some of the best prices we've seen. The shirts and hoodies run fairly small. My husband consistently wears a size small shirt and these small shirts were super tight. The mediums are still fairly snug on him but they work. They did have some hard to find sizes like my husband's 31x32 for pants. That was really nice. Sturdy quality from what we've seen. My kids love going in there and find tons of things they like. I found women's things I like too. Looking forward to our next trip here!

Was looking for some boot laces. Everyone( other places, all seem to be out of the same intermediate lengh heavy style boot laces, so WW did have the correct style, but way too long also. I got some 72" and will just have to make them work. Also looking for socks, heavy boot socks. They had the type, and size I needed. 🙂.

Josh helped me out with a return a got a new boot ordered! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.
