JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Sad sad sad place-oh how the mighty have fallen. Once the kingdom of cloth and craft and sewing supplies the place was littered with bolts of fabric on the floors ( tripping risks) and empty shelves. Very long lines and a sad feeling bankrupt days may be coming soon.

every time i go i always find what im looking for and more lol. the ladies at the front and at the cutting counter are always so sweet and thoughtful and i always get great service. i question all the reviews that state this store has bad customer service because ive never encountered that. you get what you give! special shoutout to my cashier who wrapped my glass spring decor before bagging it (without me having to ask!!!) that totally made my day! puyallup joann’s is the best!

The best store in the area for knotters. HUGE selection and stock of yarn!! Just looking them make me happy😊

This store is huge! Lots of wonderful seasonal goods, old standbys for crafting, fabric and notions and more. They even have crafting kits for kids.
I found helpful employees, including one who personally helped me find what I was looking for today. Really nice!
This store is in a strip mall that also features a grocery store and other stores for daily living needs, which is great because you can run in here without feeling like you're going way off the beaten track to buy something silly like pompoms or glitter glue. Love it!

Anytime I need material, accessories, yarn or accessories I go to Jo-Ann Fabrics. If they don't have it they can order it for me. I highly recommend these stores for anyone doing crafts.

Service is always amazing, they are a little short staffed currently so lines are typically long but worth it. They have a large selection of art and craft supplies, yarn, sewing material and home decor. It's very easy to lose track of time in the store just looking at everything. But if you're on a mission to find something specific and get out, the staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you need.

I do costuming as well as daily apparel. Joanns is one of my first places to shop for fabric! I wanted to see the colors for Belle's skirt rather than chance online ordering- Joanns supplied all my tulle.

Favorite place to shop. Got a ton of adorable fabrics for a new project.

I just learned about the online deals that apply on top of the app. I can't wait to begin using them. I think with extra coupons they just might be the best priced craft store in the area!! I am very impressed. Also, their staff is always so incredibly helpful and nice. If you miss a deal, they will find you the savings. Stellar customer service. :)

They have TONS of different prints and materials at this store. Evidently it matters when you come in because I've seen some complaints about the long lines but didn't have that experience at all. The employees were super nice and helpful with a novice like me, explained several ways for me to do my project and gave me coupons to save money to boot! Some aisles are a bit cramped for wheelchairs but the overall experience was worth it. They have home decor items for any taste or style. Really nice store. Handicapped accessible doors and parking.

I always have questions about my sub-par sewing/crafting projects, and the people there are SO willing and happy to help. No question is too dumb, and I appreciate that. Plus their selection is great, and the app had GREAT coupons, always. So worth the space in my phone memory.

I found other items I wanted on my way to the fabric area. I asked a young lady where I might find fleece with a specific theme. She pointed me in the right direction and advised that I grab a number for the cutting area. The timing couldn't have been better. Just as I decided which fleece to go with I heard my number called and walked over to have it cut. I conferred with the person about my project and with her assistance was able to figure out how many yards were necessary. I know my grandson will be very happy with the quilt I make him. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I like this location and have always had a good experience when shopping. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Puyallup area.

Ordered online at night. It was ready for pick up 9am the next morning. And of course while I was in there , I had to look around. Lol. Store is clean and organized. Nice staff.

They had lots of sales and clearances, seems every store I've been in lately is getting rid of spring and summer stuff. I was already seeing fall decor out on the shelves in places!! 😬 6-2-2022

Nothing is more frustrating than coming hone and discovering you are short on fabric. It is a lovely tropical Print perfect for my patio theme. Excellent service from Parker! She managed to find what was left at a different location and now I’m delighted to complete my project. Thank you Parker! You rock!!!

This is probably my favorite store. The prices can be high, and online is generally $1-2 cheaper, but the online order and pick up option is amazing. There are always tons of coupons and the staff has never been anything other than friendly and super helpful.

The staff here is always very friendly. On more than one occasion they have recommended coupons to me to get the best prices whenever I missed one, whether it's through text, the app, email, or the flyer. The store is also usually well-organized and clean.

Who doesn't love Joann's? At this location the employees are super friendly and helpful. They always ask what you are working on and really seem to show genuine interest in your projects. They often will give me advice or tips to help me with my project.

I met the nicest at the cutting table. They were not busy. She spent about 20min helping me work on my wedding veil. We picked out the lace. She gave me ideas. She also kept me from making several new girl mistakes. Sometimes this Joann's is super busy, but the people are always helpful.
