I was greeted and directly to the are I needed. A sales rep was nearby to answer a couple of questions that I had. Check out was quick and easy. Although, price match doesn’t mean what it used to.

I'm from a different state, had ordered the wrong item from door dash. When I came in for the return, an employee I believe named Naisha, was very helpful as soon as walked in. Not only helped me with my return, but instantly knew and got the original item I came for. Great service, would return if I lived here.

Black Friday deals--Pick them up before Black Friday comes! The people here are all chill and are super helpful. The customer service reps don't pretend to know answers, and they will go out of their way to help ya' to the best of their abilities--either by reaching out to other reps who are knowledgeable in the specific area OR by outside research. I feel this group cares about customer service.

Best buy has gotten a lot better about carrying PC parts and accessories. I've actually been able to build all or most of a PC using them. Thats amazing if you're like me and you are impatient on the shipping. I love their pick up option. They do it the best (because I've used them the most...so this may be biased).

Obviously they have a lot more going on and I have no complaints, but I mostly checkout the PC and gaming stuff.

Want to browse and get ideas for Christian presents. Customer service was amazing

They always take care of me here when I have issues. Some of the team could use a little more experice, but everyone is super sweet and helpful. Only gripe I have is the financing team....

Went to geek squad to ask a question about my computer. I didn't have an appointment but a really nice guy sat me down and took a look at my computer anyways. He figured it out and it was an overall great experience. Every time I visit Best buy everyone is so nice and helpful.

Returned an item in 5 minutes and got a full refund and i didnt even have the main package with me. All i had was the receipt. Very kind staff.

Matthew in pc/computers is amazing! I originally went in for a CPU, motherboard and monitor, but I was also able to buy a power supply once Matthew helped me save ≈ $130! Ver knowledgeable, kind and a bit funny! Thank you for helping me build my pc!

Best Buy on the Westside of Olympia is by far the best one! They fixed my I MAC, took a few days but it all come back fully functioning!!! They are by far the best. Make sure you choose a BestBuy on the Westside of Olympia, WA. They have the competence to get done what needs to get done! They have knowledge from their own GEEK SQUAD! Highly recommend them… specifically the one on the Westside of Olympia, WA.

Went in looking for a new pre built gaming PC and Dean was amazing! As someone who works customer service, I can wholeheartedly say I was very impressed and felt incredibly welcomed. Keep up the good work Dean!! We will be back!!

I dropped my computer off to be upgraded at geek squad at Best buy here at this location they did a good job I'm not really seeing anything that I need to change or anything so good job guys I will be coming back

My go to for all my electronic needs. Plus, best buy has a great credit card program with % apr for 12/18 months on purchases.

My 6 year old computer fried out and I initially took it in for repair. After discovering it would cost to repair or replace the hardware, I felt it best to just buy a new computer.
The floor Employees were friendly and very helpful.
They spent quite a bit of time answering my questions.

After some time a separate floor employee let me know about a sale for $350 off that would be ending in 2 days for a Hewlett Packard laptop.
I have never once considered a laptop because I have always done desktop Gaming computers.

But after specs of the computer and taking into consideration the $350 off I decided to make the purchase.

I absolutely could not be happier with this new Hewlett Packard laptop. Touch screen capability, flips over into a tablet, twice the storage space and speed of my old gaming computer, and saves space. I can now also do my virtual conferencing webinars from anywhere without having to use my mobile device and being somewhat restricted.

Love best buy. Remember to support your local stores, best buy price matches Amazon and other competitors. They might not have everything and their rewards program adjustments are frustrating, but it sure is nice having them around the corner when needed.

Had one of the best customer service at the computer department and all around mostly. From welcoming to details, everything was well done.

We came to get the lap top, the computer guy really helped us through, even told us to go back home and come back with more research so we really really get what WE want. He didn't care about "sales today", he cared about us, which was impressive and hard to find these days at any stores. ✔🖒

Tested a power supply for me. Mo charge. Would have bought a new one but didn't carry the one i needed. That's ok. Great service.

Husband's phone died! Went to T-Mobile to replace but was told that since we were previously Sprint our information has not been updated. So they really couldn't help. Went to Best Buy, what a difference! So helpful, courteous. They spent a good amount of time helping him get a new phone and setting it up. Definitely the place to get a new phone.

Bought a 55 inch TV to play Starfield.Was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes 🙂.

The staff in the electronics department were so helpful as I was shopping for a customer order.
