The staff was friendly, the store is super clean and well labled, well stocked. If an associate isn't able to help you they promptly find someone who can. I also love that they have more than just tools. There's toys, packing supplies etc.

Want a personalized shopping experience at a store, this is that store. Greeted with helpful guidance, understanding, & unique knowledge of the inventory they're selling to you every time shop. If a promotional item or items that are a common necessity are sold out due to high demand or sale price, the staff will find the nearest location that has the item available & call that location to hold it for you! They are extraordinarily respectful in meeting your needs in a timely manner & enjoy accommodating you in any way that they can.

If you come here, it's because they have a variety of tools and tons of other things needed to complete a job at a reasonable price. Sometimes, you just need a functional tool, not the top of the line. They usually have something to get it done.

Good enough tools for a great price i am a 20 year professional heavy equipment and truck mechanic though i dont use much of the tools for my job i do use them at home and i am pleased with most of them

I love this store and the fact that they normally have what I'm looking for at a fraction of the price as the big box stores.

A good place to get many tool related items to a few items automotive accessories, as well as household items as in scissors, electric drills, stools,etc. Use they're coupons save even more or join there membership for 2 years and all coupons are automatically applied.

Store is well staffed, well laid out and located within major shopping areas. They have a variety of tools and consumables to fit most budgets. I have had one tool break and returning it was simple and fast with no questions asked. This has been ideal for me as a DIY home owner on a budget.

It's like every other Harbor Freight store, it's full of tools. You just walk in and buy tools. Lots and lots of tools. No harbor, however. Just the tools.

Excellent hardware store, excellent prices, Superior customer service, excellent tool selection, fabulous hardware, and everything you could possibly think of. They could ramp up their customer service, being a woman I really know what a piece is called when I bring it in and they’re not the best about telling me what it is or explaining what it does or helping me fix it like McClendons does for example. Other than that fabulous!

Lots of empty shelves and many times I see something in stock or low stock and by the time I drive 8 miles it's gone or the site is incorrect. I guess it's a busy location per the staff. Otherwise great location, helpful, patient and friendly staff.

Got discount credits for the first time. It was pretty easy after we matched up all our items. Quick, easy and a great service to us the customer.

Was in and out in 10 minutes. Needed a tool box knew what I needed there was a associate right there ready to help. They rolled it out of the back paid and in the truck. Couldn't be happier. Great service

This store isn't very old yet and it is very well kept. The employees are helpful and can definitely help with good discounts. They often have discounts in the paper or on Facebook. And they also have a good return/replacement policy.
There is a large parking lot and it's actually big enough to get a few Semi trucks in if you are in need of parts.

Lots of great tools at great prices. I went in just to look around and bought about a dozen items because the deals were so good. Torx wrench only $20

Went here to look at a utility trailer I had seen on the website, and Kathleen and Mary were so helpful in helping me locate it, measure it to see if it would fit in my car and then they carried it and maneuvered it perfectly into my sedan! I was VERY impressed with their help AND their strength. Good job ladies!
