Always loved Macy's! The city I lived in prior to here shut their location. So nice to be able to shop at Macy's again!

I had ordered 2 backpack style bags online but didn't like either. Since I was in the area I returned those. And on a display I just happened to walk by I saw a different one. After pulling all the paper stuffing out and getting a good look at the inside I decided right then that was my new purse! It was pricey but on sale and because I rarely buy new bags I decided it (I) was worth it! Can't wait to use it!

Haley went out of the way to help me find what I was looking for. She was sweet and helped make me feel welcome during my visit.

The lady in fragrance with the dark hair and beautiful accent was Awsome!!! So friendly and helpful!!! Me and my friend had such a good time shopping and the Sales lady helped us both find the perfect scents!!!!

Clothing organized and I didn't have to look around d for customer service to assist me.

The staff at this Macy's was way friendlier and considerate than any other department store I've been to and I don't even live anywhere near Puyallup. Great store!

Enjoy the sales. Everyone we spoke to was helpful. Had issue with gift card (I've had it over 5yrs) but instead of just saying, "sorry it's not working, try the number on back," they made the call took care of all of it and apologized for the wait and inconvenience. They didn't know getting out is a difficult thing for me and if I'd had to come back could have been impossible so their Superior Customer Service was certainly not an inconvenience! Thanks again for a great experience!

I went to the Clinique counter to exchange an item. There was a woman ahead of me so of course I made sure when the associate came over she was helped first. This woman was very rude to the associate.. telling her how much she hated their displays, she couldn't find what she wanted and was upset the deal she wanted had already ended.
The associate was AMAZING. She handled everything with grace and a smile. After she left she apologized to me, but of course she had nothing to apologize for. I should have went to a manager and let him know how wonderful the associate was.

I truly appreciated the helpfulness of the sales associate at the perfume counter. With her help found a perfume I truly liked & explained prices and size choices. My only concern is that the staff should be increased to prevent over working associates & preventing a customer walking away or treat staff with disrespectful

Found two great pair of slacks on sale for 50% off. Then they took another 20% off at the register. The sales clerk took good care of us. She work through the men's section to help us find just the right pants.

The service was great. The people working there where friendly and helpful. Parking was not a problem. The store was very clean. We where in and out, and got what we came for.

I went to Macy’s not too long ago to purchase many gifts. I was very overwhelmed the day that I went and I could not decide what to purchase. Luckily one of the fabulous employee who works at Macy’s was able to assist me. I believe her name was Madilyn.
Madilyn was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Her work ethic is off the charts, she was very understanding and did her job exquisitely. She was very patient with me and my needs and never seemed irritated or annoyed. This is what 5 star customer service looks like! I will come to the south hill Macy’s if it means I can get help from Madilyn again.

I rarely have a bad experience at the SoHill Macy's. We have our "go to" sales associates and that's who my fiancee and I look for. However I've noticed quite a few new faces recently and when I went to return an item in the handbag department I was well received by a couple of awesome associates that made my experience most pleasant. I think I just added a couple more Macy's employees to my list.

My favorite place to shop always friendly workers here! I am so sorry I forgot the lady's name that helped me buy A perfume but she was so sweet and helpful all I remember is it started with the letter K :) thank you I love my new perfume!
