We have used this Business for years. There has only been a handful (if not less) times that we weren't happy with our service. We spoke with management and the issue was also resolved right away. We have appreciated the years of partnership and the true dedication the staff have to assisting customers. Thank you for all yall do!

These guys were super helpful. I was concerned my starter or alternator was having issues but it was actually the battery. They came out and tested all three and gave the diagnostic results. It was so quick and painless. I really appreciated their help

The staff is always super helpful! Also, they truly care about the community which you can see by their willingness to help out with community service projects. They are all well trained. I also like how well stocked and how clean the store always is. You cannot go wrong here.

The ordering O'Reilly's is always quick and easy and also can answer every question I've ever asked about any vehicle I've ever owned and let me tell you I've owned quite a lot of vehicles lol. I just want to give them a rave review because I cannot say enough how amazing the people that they have working the counters I always get the right part regardless of what it is. They always have extra to tell me about what I'm doing helpful hints always always helpful!!as well as as soon as I come in they're always saying hello with the smile on their face always makes me feel comfortable even if there's a long line they tell you hey I'll be with you as soon as I can and then are there as soon as they can be. I just cannot rave enough about this store on how amazing they are I've been going to them since they've opened and ordering so quite a long time. I'm just very thankful for the employees that they have working there!!!

Well stupid me locked myself out of car, tried coat hanger for about 2 hrs, then went home with groceries still in my car, I called O'Reilly Auto and Wes who was awesome and so so professional and sweet, during my meltdown, he got off work went all the way home got his handy tool came back and got me unlocked in 30 seconds this was above and beyond , forever grateful the Buick Driver

They've been awesome. Bought a brand new alternator which needed a minor adjustment once I got it home. The adjustment failed which ruined the $100 alternator. I thought for sure they were going to tell me too bad. They actually found another one that didn't need any alteration & refunded me $13.

Have to say that the Manager Joe and the staff are super helpful and friendly. You can tell they care about their customers and work hard to exceed expectations. Never had a problem with the Orting store but under the current management I would say the level of service is the best it has ever been. Joe Scholz

Everytime I've gone into this orielys I've always gotten the help I've needed and then some. I understand that I own a pos, but the people there always find a way to keep it going. Big shout out to Carter who helped me fix an issue on my car that would've stopped me from even being able to get to work today or the ocean this weekend.

I've always done my own car work and I'm no mechanic. Those that can relate know how frustrating that can be and I've always chose OReilys for parts.Out of several locations I've worked with Orting has a employee by the name of Zain that thats always been super Knowledgeable, patient with a great helpful attitude so I had to mention him by name
.At the end of the day a place of business is as only as good as its staff so I give this place 5 stars easy because we all know good help is hard to find.
