I had an excellent experience at Orting Verizon store purchasing my new phone and setting up service. I had the best rep. Isaiah was very knowledgeable, had great customer service skills and made this transition seemless. I recommend going to that store and specifically going through Isaiah for anything you need at Verizon. Top stars all around!!

I needed an iphone ASAP, I had been without a working phone all day and I was very stressed about it. Josh the store manager was so helpful, took so much time to help me to a favorable outcome porting my number. I am so happy with my new phone and the trade in for my old phone and the customer service I received!

What a great experience! Jeremy was super-helpful and wonderful to deal with. He took a lot of time to help me get everything set up so that I could switch phones seamlessly. His product knowledge was impressive as was his ability to communicate it to me in a simple, straightforward manner. He recommended a suite of accessories that were a perfect match for my needs. Jessica was extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable! I am not tech savvy or in the know of all my options when it comes to the newest phones. I was due for an upgrade and she provided me with a handful of phones similar to the one I had mapping out their similarities and differences. She made choosing my next phone such a breeze. If you're looking for great customer service I recommend coming to this location!

Walked in, was immediately greeted and helped. I knew what I wanted but had a few questions, and the staff was very helpful with answering my questions. They were quick, efficient, and not pushy sales people. Got in, made my purchase, and got out in a very timely manner. This was my first time to this Verizon store and I recommend this store. I will be going back to this store for my Verizon needs.

Dominique was a great help when setting up my new phone tonight, he stayed well after his shift to make sure everything was taken care of for me. I love the Orting store and all of the people there, they are a great group and always a big help... Great customer service!!! Drew is also amazing and spent a ton of time helping me with a billing issue and got it handled in a very professional manner!! You guys rock!! Thanks!!

The employee who helped me set up my new replacement phone was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The other worker who clocked out 20 minutes early left me with a bad feeling about him and Verizon.

Dom is an amazing sales rep. He was incredibly helpful at the time of sale, and with follow up which is something I would never had expected from a phone sales rep. I am in sales myself and I have a special appreciation for someone who is great at it. My initial visit he stayed late while we completed the transaction and it was by my favorite experience in a phone store. He also called me when a new program was announced that would help my wife upgrade as well, and followed up again to let me know the program was ending. If you are looking for a phone at all just go and ask for Dom.

First off Jason and Dj are amazing. I went in to update my plan back to the unlimited data package, which I'm super excited to have back! Additionally I was able to upgrade my phone and add a tablet. These two were very efficient in such a long process. Not to mention they were very engaging and funny. I'll be back to this store again no questions asked. 😁

Came in to upgrade 2 of my phones got a tablet and it was only $10 more a month on my plan. The staff is really nice and fun they even offered us their Pizza that they got for lunch. It was delicious. Just go see Drew, Dom, Carderian or Josh they are all great and they help you out with anything you need! #1Verizon store around! I have been to many Verizon stores and by far this store takes the cake when it comes to customer service!

When I first visited this store, Dom (Dominique Carter) was quick to greet me, assessed my needs and provided me with very excellent service and further impressed me with his knowledge of the product I purchased. I was very pleased with not only his product knowledge, but with his outstanding customer service demeanor and cordiality.

Regarding a subsequent visit, I was again greeted promptly, by Drew (Andrew Scanapico), and was equally impressed with his product knowledge, his demonstration of it and its perceived benefit to me. I was, also, highly impressed with his customer service demeanor and cordiality.

I am very pleased with the service I have received at this location and very highly commend these two staff members for their outstanding customer service and product knowledge and, with confidence of others receiving the same kind of service I did, I highly recommend this store for Verizon products and services. I’m glad there is such a store in Orting.

Awesome team! John & Samantha worked late to get my wife and I set up on our own account with three lines we were on family members plan but needed to get our own! Never in my life did I know it would take for hours. We got in the store at 6:10 pm the store closed at 8:00 pm and we didn't get finished till 10:00 pm. Thank you!
Never letting us go into phone limbo at one point, John even stayed with us, when he should've been home with his personal time.

After holding on to my beloved flip phone for many years, I broke down and bought my first smart phone at the Orting Verizon store a few weeks ago. It has been quite a learning curve, but everyone in the store has been extremely helpful and patient with me despite numerous sessions on the telephone and in person. Yesterday Carderian did an outstanding job fielding my many questions while I was in the store. He was knowledgeable, proactive and endlessly patient with me for the entire 1.5 hours! Thank you for the incredible customer service! I think I'm slowly getting the hang of it :)

This version store is a great store to bring your business to. Every time I have come to this store I have been treated with the up most respect, and professionalism. Tanner Schnetz the store manager is very kind and welcoming he goes above and beyond to help you with whatever your needs are. I have told all of my family and friends to come to this store for all their Verizon needs. Thanks for being a great store.
