My recent lunch experience at the Nordstrom Grill left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with quick and friendly service, setting the tone for a delightful meal.

The highlight of the dining experience was undeniably the food. The vegan burger, chicken tacos, gnocchi, and white chocolate cake were all exquisite. The vegan burger satisfied my plant-based cravings perfectly, while the chicken tacos and gnocchi were equally delectable options for those seeking something heartier. And to top it all off, the white chocolate cake was a heavenly treat that concluded the meal on a sweet note.

What truly stood out was the attentive and caring service throughout my visit. The staff ensured that every aspect of our meal was enjoyable, making the experience all the more memorable.

In summary, Nordstrom Grill not only offers a diverse and delicious menu but also provides quick, friendly, and caring service. It's the perfect spot for a satisfying and enjoyable lunch.

Best salesman, plus Nordstrom's still gives thre employees commission...come to Alderwood Mall

I just had an absolutely PHENOMENAL experience with one of the personal stylists here, and I just had to tell the world!

I've never shopped at Nordstrom for a few reasons, but I'm getting married later this year, and wanted some wardrobe pieces for the trip that would also last a long time.

So, I set up an appointment with a personal stylist and left a couple notes about what I was looking for, including a request for white jumpsuits because I really wanted one for the trip.

A couple days later, my stylist Elizabeth actually called me herself!

She said she'd made me a digital wishlist of white jumpsuits from the Nordstrom website, but that there weren't really any in-store, and she was wondering if there was maybe anything else I was interested in trying on.

I am SO grateful she took that time to call me, otherwise I would've been a little bummed out when I showed up and got this news. We discussed what kind of items she could pull instead, my general sizes in clothes and shoes, and a few other details.

The appointment itself was fantastic! I had no idea where to go when I walked in the door, and a member of staff took a few minutes to radio around and walk me right to where I needed to be.

Then I walked into a room full of curated picks as you can see in the photos. It blew me away how well Elizabeth seemed to know my style just from a brief phone call (I know it's literally her job, but still!)

Her offers to pull other sizes, colors, and types of clothes were all right on the mark. And when I inevitably was between trying on pieces every time she came back, she didn't mind waiting for me to open the fitting room door.

She was so helpful as a sounding board, too. I'm between sizes and had a lot of questions about sizing up/down or altering the size I was wearing. Ultimately, everything I got fits me beautifully.

And it's been a long, long time since I've had clothes that made me feel that way.

I had no idea I'd booked my appointment during the Anniversary Sale, one of the busiest times for them from what I saw. Despite a register not working, a printer being finicky, and me forgetting part of my personal info when applying for the credit card, I was sooooo impressed by how professional and solution-focused every member of staff was.

A friend of mine has been telling me for years to just do an appointment like this whenever I need clothes, and honestly, I'm not sure I'll go back to shopping the way I have before.

Thank you to Elizabeth and every member of staff who helped me out today! This was such a fantastic experience!

The perfume counter staff are so glam and friendly at this location. I informed them I was just browsing but was treated to so many tester sprays, product knowledge and sales information with no pushiness or obligation to buy. So looking forward to heading back there and can't recommend them enough.

I want to thank Pashanna in the cosmetics department for restoring my faith in good customer service. She was beyond helpful, patient and courteous in helping me identify products I actually needed. She recommended the new Charlotte Tilbury cream and after one use, it’s seriously changed my life. I was unfamiliar with the brand so she also helped me pick out the beautiful skin foundation (it’s also amazing) and what she claimed was her favorite mascara (which I have yet to try!).

A quick note to the lady that was working in women’s dresses as well- she was excellent with my mom and I and held a dress for my mother which she later purchased.

Order online for pickup was so easy! I used the gift wrap option also and it was perfect.

The atmosphere is nice, I love the Christmas decor they put up! They have a huge selection of shoes and perfumes, it smells amazing in there lol. Staff is nice :)

Oh my goodness I just don't know where I would be without the UBER friendly, always professional, peeps at the 2nd floor customer service counter at the Alderwood Nordstrom. I tend to do a ton of my shopping online and sooo love and appreciate when they greet me for my returns or when they run packages that I've purchased out to my car! Don't think I'd make my ICON status without their help, lol!!! So friendly and such a fun group! They CRUSHED it too during the holidays, ALWAYS keeping the lines moving! I think hard work needs to be celebrated and rewarded and that's why I am posting here!!! I. Am. Grateful.

Most notably are Andrea and Alex...I refer to them as "the dream team"! They give the type of service and kindness one expects from the "Nordstrom" experience. They always remember my name and make me feel welcomed and valued!

Another person I'd like to note is Ericka at the Estee Lauder counter. Literally THE BEST salesgal ever! She keeps me abreast of sales coming and going. Knows my needs, my colors, my EVERYTHING!!! Sends my gifts that I find to my children across the country...she just does it all! LOVE her! NEVER LET HER GO! :-)

All in all, job well done Alderwood Nordstrom! Thank you for being my FAVORITE!

Noel helped me find new foundation in a stick today. Very helpful! Really like the ease and feel of it. Noel was knowledgeable of the line and very quick to apply a sample and to find the right skin match. Thanks Noel!!

I have a size 5 1/2 for one foot, 7 for the other. Since I was a child (72 yrs old now) they have always split pairs to accommodate my difference while only charging for one pair. This alone keeps me coming to Nordstrom. And the quality is always excellent.

I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes here in 4 months. I highly recommend them!

I have worked with BobWalters a couple of times. He is friendly and patient, but most importantly, thorough. He made sure I had very comfortable shoes even with very specific needs (both style and comfort w/orthotics).

Went shoe shopping at the mall. I went to about 8 stores and Nordstrom was the only one that I bought anything from. They were well staffed and helpful there and actually had my size (12) in stock.

This Nordstrom felt quite spacious compared to other locations in the U.S. however, I'll admit that they don't have as many high end luxury brands that you might find in more upper class neighborhoods. Regardless though, this Nordstrom still has everything that you would expect, with the number one priority being, excellent customer service. Can never go wrong with a trip to Nordstrom.

Excellent quality. However, pretty pricey. they have the the best selection of men’s clothes. Their clothes last very long time.

I received great service from the staff in the pick up department. I was there before my order was ready for pick up. I was leaving town and the staff got my order ready for me in 15 minutes. Great Service!!!

Nordstrom is really nice place for quality products shipping. It has wide collection of shoes, jackets, and dresses for male and female.

The cosmetics and other sections were also very standard.

I was looking for HoKa shoes and only this place which has varieties of shoes. There customer representative and executive were very cooperative and courteous. Price wise I would say bit on higher side as product is also on higher side.
Restroom was also very clean.

I went to Nordstrom looking for some shoes that were both formal enough for wearing to conferences, yet comfortable enough that I wouldn't get blisters from walking all day in them.

Amado was incredibly helpful and patient, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bra shopping is the literal worst, so bad that I have put it off for over 2 years. Of course my bra would break while on holiday. I've always had great experiences at nordstrom so it was an obvious choice to go shopping here for new bras. Rema measured me for a new bra after she saw me struggling, my old bras had the tags worn down so much I couldn't read or remember the size. I had been looking for the wrong size. She brought me a bra from a brand I never would have chosen. I declined it at first because it wasn't my preferred brand. I had been wearing my current brand for about 9 years and was very loyal to the brand. The bra I was wearing she said she knew exactly which model it was and that the store had stopped carrying it which is why she suggested the alternate brand. I ended up trying about 20 different bras of various brands and ended up settling on the very first bra she brought me. Nothing else I tried compared to the very first bra she suggested. It's been about a month now and I absolutely could not be happier with the bras I purchased from Rema. The bra she suggested fits great, looks great. The biggest perk is that I'm not constantly adjusting during a 13 hour work day. Bra shopping is the worst, but Rema made it a good bit better and solved a huge problem while I was on holiday. Although I no longer live in Seattle this specific Nordstrom was always my go to for shopping. The staff are lovely, the store is clean, there's plenty of parking. Thank you again Rema. 💓

Went to get a present for a teen and they have such an amazing selection of clothing and goods that are trendy and hip for reasonable prices. I had the present wrapped and they were very personalized and friendly throughout the shopping experience. This place rocks.
