Harbor Freight Tools

Staff are helpful, store is tidy, and this particular location is great for hobbyist and professionals alike. After getting my new power tools it was great to head over to BevMo and aquire some Jack Daniel's I can drink while operating.

After my third visit I'm loving this store more and more. Stopped to buy a airless sprayer today, cashier, possible the store manager went out of his way to accommodate us. Harbor freight has some of the best customer service I've seen. Was highly suspicious of the quality of the products given their pricing but so far so good.

Everything was easy to find and the hospitality was appropriate for the transaction. At the end of the deal I had what I needed, finished my project and went on with life. Do your best to be kind to the world 🤷

Needed a motorcycle stand, went in and talked to an employee. He was helping other customers but was quick and efferent in helping everyone. He couldn't find my item at first but checked the system and saw they did have it in stock, went and found it, and wheeled it to the front me to to check-out. Overall great service!

Great selection of welding supplies, tool storage, Icon tools, well made generators and Doyle hand tools ( which are as good if not better than Kline but far more reasonably priced). They stand behind their products 100 %, no hassles, no problems.

Went to 3 different Harbor Freight Stores (in San Jose and Santa Clara) for a particular product that all 3 showed being in stock however they weren't.
Went to Fremont, showed in stock and had 7 of them. Fast, Friendly, service there.
Just a reminder, because I wasn't aware, you must wear a mask in Fremont while shopping.

Allot quieter and more stocked than hayward.

This was probably my best experience with customer service, I had wanted a new tool box, and saw that the US General 56in Chest was on sale and decided to go get it, and was very happy with my purchase. As well as I got my torque wrench replaced. I buy a lot of tools from harbor freight and was very pleased with my experience, out of all the tools that had failed and had a lifetime warranty, they replaced it without any frustration. I've purchased a lot of tools from many different manufactures, and by far harbor freight has great tools at a great price and you don't need to get snap on or matco because you have a lifetime guarantee with harbor freight. I work on a lot of cars and found that harbor freight has always been a good experience, especially with their warrantied items. I would also like to talk about the great experience I had with Johnathan, not only did he help me with the purchase of my tool box, but he had gone out of the way to load it on my car and he went out the way to help me, I believe he was the store manager, but would like to thank him again. Would definitely consider harbor freight for good prices on good quality tools

Shelves were well organized and the staff was friendly. This is a much better location and setup compared to the one we had in Newark, CA
