Dunkin'

Dunkin 342 it's the best Dunkin in the area. Is small, but because is a little far from the city is less crowded. I love the staff, is really friendly and if you're not satisfied with the drink, the staff will fix it in no time.

Best Dunkin in the area! Who cares if they don’t say have a nice day. Your getting the best coffee! They have never messed up my orders and they are actually very nice people.

Never have I ever had a more perfect sandwich from Dunkin. It was made the way I requested and it was perfect!!!

Who doesn't love a Dunkin coffee

Very clean. Covid Masks were worn. In and out quickly even though the drive thru was backed up. My coffee was exactly as ordered. I would say service with a smile but since wearing masks it was service with some laughs.

There is usually a line here but there was no one ahead of me when I was there two days ago
They filled up quickly.The coffee is great and so is the food. They need to speed up their turnaround service

I LOVE the staff at this location (especially morning shift)!!!! They are fast, super friendly, and energetic. When I bring my daughter in for a treat on their way to school; they absolutely cater to her.
This morning I picked up coffee at their drive through; not only did they make my coffee (XL w cream, sugar, and hz flavor) to perfection, but my interaction w them left a smile on my face long after I pulled away. This is my favorite DD location in all of Watertown and Carthage!!!!

This particular Dunkin franchise put a smile on my face as the attendant offered an option to my traditional chai tea that now is being made through a machine with water which is totally disgusting. Dunkin bring back the real chai! Her option was pretty good and the order came up quickly. Thank you!

Located inside very small gas station but definitely convenient. Very clean inside. Employees were very polite and were very pleasurable to work with

Was able to go to the counter and let them know what I wanted. She double checked what I wanted, to make sure my order was as I wanted.
