Holy watermelon! I came to the shop today and I heard air guns. I went inside and asked the amazing woman at the desk if I could go watch them. Sure I don't see why not. Just park back a bit. I'm a 56 year old Veteran in a wheelchair mind you. I rolled my self all the way to where they are doing pit stop practice. I am a huge Chastain fan when it comes to NASCAR Cup racing. They treated me like a person and not just a crazy fan. Nicest guys in the world. I wish I new their names. But I got the coolest video. I can't wait till NH to see you men in action. After that I went back in the shopping area and the woman there was wondering. I can't thank her enough. I even saw where the pit crew trains. Sorry this is a bit long but I'm very happy I went.

The staff were the kindest people I’ve ever met, small shop as they are still an expanding team but well worth the visit

We visited again today to see my daughter's favorite driver Ross Chastain. She wanted to see his new "blue" car. The shop staff is always incredibly nice and polite from the welcoming when you walk in, until you leave the shop. In fact, this time my daughter was even given a free shirt by one of the team members. Once again, trackhouse shows why they are the premier team in nascar to be a fan of and root for.

Cool place to visit. Cool to see into the shop. As of this posting they are open M-F 8a to 11:30a then again from 12:30p to 3:30p.

Although they're just getting started (they have no store yet) it was still nice to see. Amy working the desk was very kind and interacted well with our son!!!!

My wife Laurie and I got lucky this day visiting trackhouse! Was able to see the actual car “moose” ran the wall with!! Awesome day! Thanks trackhouse!

Gift shop staff is awesome. They turned in a letter my son wrote to Kyle Larson along with a die cast he purchased to hopefully get it signed. They even offered to pay to have it shipped to us afterwards. The facility is beautiful with trophies and cars in the atrium and a large elevated platform in which to watch the crews work on the cars.

Although a smaller shop to the others the staff were so friendly. Massive viewing window into the shop.

Can't wait till they add more for fans!!

I stopped by trackhouse today. They had just lost power, the doors were locked. I turn around to go to the truck and crew member comes to the door. I said no biggie i was just gonna buy a sticker or something, he says we don’t have gift shop yet and we’re out of power, want a shop tour? Very cool offer and I’m very appreciative of it. I know this isn’t something that will always be offered, but I feel it shows the attitude/mindset of the team. Thanks guys!

my grandson and I travelled to a CKN a race in Concord North Carolina a few weeks ago. We met up with our travelling friends from Canada to visit some of the race shops in the area of which the track house racing team was one of them. We were surprised to learn that the person that created us was none other than the president of the organization very friendly, great smile reached out a hand in welcoming us to their race facility was very much interested in where we were from who we were and the event that brought us down into Concord, North Carolina, very gracious group of people really exciting to see what they’re doing and a lot of fun.
