The UPS Store

Over the past 5-6 years, I have visited this UPS store 7 to 9 times per month. The majority of the time, I just make a few self-serve photocopies, but I have also sent a few packages. This store is always busy. Rarely do I visit and there are not two or three people entering as I enter. Customers are handled efficiently and with courtesy. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!!

I have visited this store over the last several months and everyone has been helpful and friendly. Today there were 10 people out the door, but the employees were friendly and efficient. I will continue to visit this location over others for the customer service.

Great shop, I can always trust the staff to handle my shipping needs and stationary as well. The young guys behind the counter are friendly, warm and knowledgeable and the owner is a great guy.

Very quick and great service. They had a lot of return stuff they were dealing with a large return but they acknowledged me right away and someone came out from the back and took care of me. Thank you

These gentlemen always greet me and process my requests swiftly. They make a great team and even counsel me for international shipping and returns. So efficient

I frequent the store for printing patterns and such for my woodshop, the guys always provide me excellent service and are happy to help with my odd requests. Painless printing! Thanks!!

I do not really love writing people's names on Google Reviews and I've been to this store before and never really thought about writing one. But today was kind of a rough day and to be honest, Jacob's wonderful service in helping me and listening to my shipping needs pretty much turned that all around. He is a friendly customer service person but he also went above and beyond with just being really nice and empathetic. Sometimes it is just that little extra that really makes the customer experience.

Had quite a bit to return to Amazon, & I was disorganized. The clerk was attentive, friendly, & very patient. Thank you for your excellent service!

Five Star service every time I come. I can't even see how people have left this UPS negative reviews. The workers are always extremely polite and helpful to multiple times I've been in.

Cool guys. I was returning some things I got from Amazon and I accidentally tore the box up pretty good. At first I thought I would have to purchase a new box to return the item. But one of the guys there said they could patch the box up and still use it. I appreciate him taking on some extra work to save me some money.

Top notch with customer service in every aspect. Personable, friendly, helpful, efficient, professional. I definitely recommend this store for your mailbox rental, shipping, printing, notary needs.

They accept Amazon returns here in an efficient way

Always go here to return my Amazon packages. Everyone us super nice, helpful, and efficient. I love that it is not a busy place. A "long line" is like 3 people. So I am always in and out.

We had 5 very heavy moving boxes not make it onto our POD despite telling the professional packers our desires to have some lighter weight items left until the end. We were quite upset about having to take these 5 very heavy boxes filled with China to UPS. Crystal Lake UPS was so kind and understanding and worked with us to get these boxes repacked and shipped quickly so that they these items would be there when our moving truck arrived at our new destination. They were very professional and made an upsetting situation for us less upsetting. Highly recommend this UPS.

I live nearby so I go to this UPS when I need to drop off a package. They are nice people every time I come in to drop off a package with no problem. I get asked if I want a receipt and I always say yes. I was kind of nervous leaving the place last time since I sent my iPhone off in a box to be trade in to Apple because packages were not making it to their destination.
(I guess people were finding out iPhones were in those boxes.) Thankfully, mines made it last time to where it needed to go. Anyways, Today I went in around 5ish pm on 01/06/2022 and I seen a dog chillin’ by the counter to the left of me. And I had to pet the dog this time! I asked and the guy was super nice about it. He even gave me a mango treat to give to Shakespeare! I thought it was funny , when I mentioned the dog looks really tired and he told me that’s just how he looks. 😭 If I can,
I would literally come to this UPS STORE and sit next to Shakespeare to pet/sit with him all day! I look forward coming back here because of Shakespeare. Coming into this UPS STORE today made my day!I felt so happy after I gave Shakespeare a treat and petted him. I def. needed that encounter. Thank you to the guy that was working the counter that evening. He was very kind too!
