Had a great experience here! James and Anna were so helpful, not just friendly, but very knowledgeable too! They went above and beyond helping me. There were clearance items all around the store, and I couldn’t resist the prices. I bought 2 pillows and couldn’t be happier. This is my 3rd time making purchases here since I’ve moved to Jacksonville (only 8 months ago) and it definitely won’t be my last! Thank you both so much.

You know the employees care about customer service when the store manager and assistant manager show up to deliver your furniture by deadline (since driver had called in). I was very impressed and will definitely be returning for any future furniture purchases. Big thanks to Badcock for going above and beyond.

WOW is all I can say. The store manager and employees here are FANTASTIC. They have the best customer service of any store I've encountered. They are honest and go above and beyond to satisfy customers. We've purchased bunk beds, bought our daughter a new bed and they delivered it and set it up without any issues. We plan to use them for any of our home needs. Furniture is good quality and not over priced like other places. Something for everyone. I highly recommend this place 🙂 Brandon is Amazing and cares about the customers and satisfaction. Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect solution to my husband's sleeping issue! I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Dave and he helped me envision a new couch in our new home. He went over all the different options and prices. He even gave me a quote with a couple different prices/options for me to bring home and talk to my husband about. I can't wait for the couch to come in on Monday. I'm so happy with quick delivery also! I will definitely be back for future purchases. 10/10 recommend!

This store holds some of the better furniture found in the surrounding areas. The price and staff are fair , friendly and knowledgeable, Mr. David is a wonderful sales man! Very kind and knowledgeable and worked to meet all of my requirement and budget. The delivery was on time and all of my furniture was set up perfectly.

This is my second time doing business with Badcock Home Furniture in Jacksonville, and I immediately felt the need to write a review on their service. The furniture itself is of high quality at an affordable price with financing options available and associates to help you meet your budget. Aside from the furniture, I worked with David and Brandon (Store Manager) first regarding purchasing and scheduling delivery of my furniture. David was extremely helpful with no pressure to pick the high dollar pieces, but to find something comfortable that fit my lifestyle and budget. When I told him I was on a strict schedule due to moving, David and Brandon called all of their surrounding stores to find the exact couch I wanted in stock and provided a solution immediately. Needless to say, I got exactly what I was looking for and not once felt like a burden to anyone’s day. Now for delivery, Jordan and Zeke were professional, polite, fast and efficient with a high concern for my personal property. They even ensured my flooring and dining set was protected during my move with one of their furniture blankets. With the constant mention of “Your investment here is what matters most to us” from the drivers, it’s hard to find a negative factor in Badcock’s services. Thanks again! I highly recommend doing business here.

Jordan Cordts and Jasmine Youngs were absolutely spectacular. They were so professional and extremely respectful. Jordan was extensively knowledgeable about the furniture and Jasmine had a wonderful and bubbly personality.

If I were to recommend anyone to this location I would tell them to see one of those two they have the best customer service I have ever seen. They give you space to look around without jumping down your throat and they keep you smiling and are so up front about everything you’d need to know.

High recommendations if I could I’d give them ten stars.

I’d go as far to say anyone we say otherwise about those two has got to be out of their mind or a raging “””you know””” (some people... am I right). Either way keep those spirits up and go see those wonderful souls.

My washer and dryer went out a week ago and we only had two options to replace them we tried highpoint furniture where we had an open and existing account and they turned us away because they closed in 10 minutes. Well we ran down the road to Badcock and they helped us immediately and let us take home the same day. The sales lady was amazing and worked with us so well!

My husband and I just bought a couch from Badcock and it was such a wonderful and comfortable experience! Thank you so much Greg for all of your help and thank you to the wonderful men that delivered it and made things so much easier! We definitely recommend to go to Badcock for all of your furniture needs!

Jordan and Dave were very professional, very knowledgeable about the products that we were interested and made everything very easy to purchase. All the staff are very friendly also. We're definitely will be buying more of our needs from this store.

Seriously one of the best experiences we have had buying furniture and we will absolutley return for future purchases! Came in with a budget for a sectional , and we were able to walk away with a sectional, entertainment center, 2 end tables, a couch table and area rug in that same budget! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable - Koleen was my furniture superhero! Her customer service and incredible attitude made the whole purchases just icing on the cake!! Highly recommend a trip to badcocks!

I went in there in stayed about 4-5 hours friendly customer service and more the to go above and beyond for you they have over an 800+ page catalog that the woman had offered me to look at in easy financing for me overall I will be doing plenty of business there they were extremely knowledgeable in ask for ms Carla when you go in there she will help you beyond reach they are awesome and amazing love this furniture and more store they even sell zero turn mowers there
