Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Excellent customer service!! This was the second trip in two days - My husband went yesterday and came back and told me how helpful everyone was and today I went along (as we did not like one of the colors we'd selected once it was up so had to pick new ones). I am and was so appreciative of David and his patience and knowledge and assistance. We found the perfect color and will be back tomorrow to purchase as well as more of one of the other. My advice... once you narrow down your choices, get the sample cans and paint spots on the walls (plural) or use their cardboard adhesive pages- it looks different in a room with lots of natural light than the sticky note swatches. (Which are very helpful).

I needed help with wood stain colours that would give us a transparent stain with minimal color , showing its grain shape underneath as well. Tyler was immensely helpful and patient! Not only he offered to sample stain(multiple stain colors) a piece of wood I brought along he also informed me that on the rough side the stain color will become very dark and wood grain wont be visible. THAT saved our lives!! I immediately went home and told my contractor not to make the beams rough side out as the stain color will make it look horribly dark etc. We got our existing beams demolished cuz we didn’t like their dark colour, texture and size. Had Tyler not informed me abt the stain color effect on rough side, we would have ended up getting the same or worse color on new beams again!! I have 14 years in the paint business all in central Texas and probably visited most of the sherwin Williams. But this Store staff just impressed me on every single visit, Matt the store Manager it's the real company Man. he always run the extra mile to take care he's clients either contractors and homeowners with the same patient and dedication, to be a good leader you need a good team and he's crew are always great Fernando, David, Tyler and Macey, i think this is the first time I write a review and they deserved.

I happened into the store out of necessity, I was heading to a job but had forgotten my Min Wax Stain Color Fan. The store was busy on a Saturday Morning, the employees were busy so I waited till someone was free. The Manager helped me and gave it to me for free.For my first visit, and not having purchased anything I received service as if I was one of their best customers with a big order. I was so impressed I opened an account and one day become one of their good customers.

This was my first visit to the new store in Dripping Springs. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice and obviously new her product well. I highly recommend anyone to visit when in need of paint.

Kyle, the manager here, has gone out of his way to make sure that a chemically-sensitive, fire-retardant additive would be compatible with the appropriate paint.
Excellent attention to appropriate use. Dug deep to find answers.
