Verizon coverage in my neighborhood is nonexistent. Switched to AT&T and now have great coverage. Alex was knowledgeable and efficient.

Transferred over from t-mobile for a better price and even got the new iPhone. Great customer service and much better price !

We sat down with Byron today and he was so thorough and took as much time as was needed to answer every question we had as a family. He did not miss a step and never got in a hurry. He confirmed every decision we needed to make before it happened. Lucas was a HUGE help today. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement for my broken phone for the best price possible. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend both Lucas and this AT&T location!

Every time I have come here I have received great service. This time was no different. Lucas was well informed and went above and beyond to accommodate my complicated needs and purchases. Got a new IPhone on Friday night before heading out of town on Saturday am. During the trip I realized that my phone was not working, so I called ATT on my hubbys phone but they couldn’t resolve my issue. So I found an ATT store in Dripping Springs, these guys worked so hard to resolve my problems and when it took longer than expected, they were so apologetic. I felt so well taking care of and left with all my problems resolved! Totally an awesome experience!!

Chris was extremely helpful in helping us transfer to AT&T. Patiently worked through each bump in process while providing very friendly and competent service.

This att store is amazing. That is why I'm actually taking a minute to review. I didn't have to wait long to talk to a representative and the manager Bill, was very accommodating. He even gave my daughtera bottle of water and a Lollypop. That was very nice of him. I'm going to refer anyone I can to this store. It is truely outstanding service. I wish I could do more to thank them.

The Manager is legit honest and very accommodating. Very trustworthy and I felt comfortable talking with him about products and appreciate his candour.
