AT&T Store

Phenomenal service in the store. I walked in the store was in perfect tiptop shape and the associates were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There’s no reason to go to any other AT&T if you live around the plantation, Lauderhill and Davie area just come here everybody and everything was incredible, this is perhaps the best customer service I have received from AT&T ever thank you specifically to Anderson and Raymond for the excellent customer support

Came here for a new phone after the ATT in towers ignored me for half an hour. I was greeted right away by Anderson and although he was busy and all the tables were full, he found me a chair and made me a spot to sit comfortably while he took care of me. It was only him and another guy in there at the time, Xavier, who was also very helpful. Both these guys were attentive to each customer, doing their rounds, and making sure everyone was taken care of. I was having issues with the transfer and updating of my phone and they stayed after hours to make sure everything was set and done with no problems. Great customer service and great experience!

I had the pleasure representative Anderson in the Plantation store. Anderson was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!! At no time did I feel rushed. I am all set now with my new phone , thank's to Anderson!!

After checking several resources to upgrade my iPhone, I wasn’t really surprised that I chose the ATT store in Plantation’s Fountain mall. I have been dealing with them for many years and the service has always been superb. A special shout out to Anderson for service that easily rates 5-stars.

Anderson was amazing. Few weeks ago I had few issues with porting my number but Anderson helped my parents, my daughter and I. We were at the store 3 days straight but he was the go too guy. Amazing service.

Excellent service!!! Knowledgeable and helpful. Xavier stayed with us while explaining Google photos and icloud and uploading photos to icloud. This is our go to store for service. Javanni also assisted us.

I just had a great experience at this location! Anderson stepped right up and helped me right on the spot! I had dropped my phone and cracked it and I was hoping I only needed a new screen protector, which Anderson happily agreed to put on for me. Unfortunately, my screen was shattered underneath the phone protector, so I needed a new screen. Anderson immediately helped me file a claim with Asurion, since I have insurance and gave me the directions of the nearest repair center. I am already at the repair center and my claim went through and in 40 minutes I’m going to have a new screen! Thank you Anderson! You rock! On a side note, I have purchased my phone, my husband’s phone and my mother’s phone at this location and they have the nicest employees!

Chris at the store in the Fountains, Plantation, FL was very helpful. My wife and I both upgraded our iPhones. I went from a dying 6 ( the reason for our visit) to a 13. My wife from an 11 to a 14. Chris helped us pick out the new phones and accessories, transferred the contents from the old phones to the new ones and helped us save a few bucks off the monthly bill. The experience was excellent.

Xavier at the Fountains Plantation store was AMAZING !!!!! He fixed our account saved us money and got us upgraded devices!!!!! I will only deal with him from now on. Worth the travel to see him we live in Boca Raton and they screwed us over. Xavier deserves a bonus !!!!

Update: I had an issue with my camera and the manager Nicole helped me through the problem. She has amazing customer service skills. I am 100% satisfied with this location and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Not enough words to describe the excellent customer service at this store from Anderson. I had a huge problem and was very frustrated. He helped me over the course of a week to completely solve my issue and personally helped me. He even assisted me after his work hours when I had trouble transferring info to my new phone. I have never had such a positive experience before and will only be coming to this ATT store from now. This guy deserves to run the place! Nicest guy.

Went in today to upgrade my wife’s phone and they handle everything in about 20 minutes so thankful to Khalisa and the rest of the staff. Customer service was phenomenal and the whole experience was a pleasant one.

I am a new costumer with ATT -switched from Sprint-cost service was great but service was very spotty- so they had my expectations high... Chris and Andrew were great! Surpassed my expectations times 10!! Very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about all my questions! I ended up bundling all my services and so far I am very satisfied with it. Costumer service is very important on my list and it can help me decide to stay or move from a company, this store definitely honored that! Thank you guys (and all staff) to help accommodate me and my family. I hope you get to read this and get praises from your managers, you deserve! I definitely recommend this store in case anyone has any issues, staff will work with you until it is solved.
