Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

Cindy is very professional and the staff did quality work. I have a solid silver bracelet that needed to be fixed and it was completed within 15 minutes. Cindy was honest and extremely knowledgeable from the phone call I made to the actual handling of my heirloom bracelet. The price was reasonable and it was a relief to get the work done, since I was from out of town. Thank you again!

I bought my boyfriend a really nice watch for his birthday. Unfortunately, since it is a fairly high-end brand, it was super hard to find a repair shop willing to simply remove two links. ("We're sorry, but we're not allowed to touch that brand." etc.)
BUT I didn't feel like driving to the outlet at sawgrass so I tried calling around a bit more and BOOM! I found Fast fix!

It's conveniently located RIGHT inside the Broward Mall entrance by buffalo wild wings, the staff was friendly, and they only took 10 minutes, despite already being in the middle of assisting someone when we walked in. Since it was my bf's birthday, I popped 4 bucks in the lil massage chairs right outside the store so he could get a massage, and I walked around the corner to Beya and bought some cute accessories, and by the time he was done getting his little chair massage (no more than 8 minutes), the watch was ready! Highly satisfied! Quick in-and-out visit! No headache! Especially for those who hate malls (like me) lol. Highly recommend. (The photo provided is a pic of the links they removed for us.)

I had to stop by Broward Mall for a few things and noticed this place when I walked into the mall. They had a sign up for fast cleaning & repair of watches and jewelry. My watch was filthy and I thought :Why not?" They were super nice and told me to stop back by in 10 minutes. I did and my watch looked brand new!! Fast, efficient & friendly service!! Rare nowadays in S. Florida. Highly recommend!

Once again, a great experience at Fast Fix in the Westfield (Broward) Mall. First of all, they opened 10 minutes early when they saw someone waiting. For me, that is EXCELLENT service. The battery in my watch was quickly replaced and the mechanism and band were cleaned without me asking. They are so kind and really great at what they do. I HIGHLY recommend Fast Fix.

The workmanship is impeccable. I’ve had rings sized, stones set, watch links removed, jewelry repaired and cleaned & Last but not least watch batteries purchased and Installed. They can replace watch crystals. They sale and appraise jewelry. You can’t go wrong with the lifetime battery option. I’ve never had a problem or question when my battery is replaced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If you need your watch fixed or battery replaced, look no further. Came here some time ago with a couple watches. Purchased the “lifetime” battery replacement. Years later, came today. Couldn’t remember if I did. No receipt. Within 2 minutes, he opened my watch, honestly told me it was marked for lifetime replacement, and replaced my battery with a smile. No charge. Amazing service!!

This place is fantastic! Excellent quality work and with little wait time. Gerald took the time to make sure my ring fit perfectly and even made adjustments where needed to make sure I had the perfect fit. I have brought several pieces here and have had great experiences every time. Highly recommend!

Have been a happy customer for at least 20 years. Have 6 watches all types and only go here for service, and fast service it is. A real watch maker in a world lost of crafstman.

The lifetime battery program is such a value I'm up about $100. Or so over the cost of the deal.

I was greeted quickly. I was getting a battery replaced in my watch. They did my repairs while I shopped. They were very nice and my watch was working in record time. I have used them several times and will use them again.

I have been going to this store for all my watch repairs for many years and would not go to any other store. There workmanship is the best around. I have also used them for jewelry repair and they have a wonderful selection of watch bands and jewelry. This is the best go to place as the owners and staff are so accommodating. if you get stuck they have many other Fast Fix stores but I make the long trip to go to this one. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Finally found a jewelry place that shows professionalism from the start of the conversation! I was promised that my movado watch would be ready for pickup the next day! I ask if i should pay now or tomorrow! I was told lets get it working than pay! That right there says a lot about Fast Fix! I feel i have a home now" because i love jewelry! There's nothing better than knowing if there's a problem they can solve it! Pick my watch up very satisfied with the job! I recommend Fast Fix for all your purchases or repairs!
