Juan Valdez Café

Felipe took care of our order really good. He was very kind and welcoming but the thing that I really loved it was he washed his hands before doing our coffee. It looks like a simple and common act, but I have never had anybody washed their hands before. It was a great and pleasant surprise! He is very friendly and he has a great customer service and of course the coffee was amazing!

The food is delicious and truly represents the Latino flavors that we crave, with the Pan de Bono at the top of the list. The service is exceptional, with the best employees you can find. The atmosphere is fantastic, with just the right brightness and music.
A must-try!~

After spending 3 years outside of Colombia and looking forward to having a peasant coffee from Juan Valdez, I feel very disappointed in the taste it has in branches outside of Colombia. I think they should not open franchises if they do not respect the recipes. The taste is terrible. TRUE.

Sever is on a break . So we could not get coffee. Lost 6 customers due to the break .

En horas de la tarde no tienen quien preste servicio y la persona encargada sentada responde que está en break , pésima imagen la que le están dando a esta gran marca colombiana.

Acabo de llegar para tomar un cafecito y me doy cuenta que no hay nadie en el lugar, y pregunto y me comentan que ya está “cerrado”, dejando los productos afuera y la máquina prendida.

Hoy 21 de enero 2024 la máquina del nevado está rota dice la trabajadora, un desastre

Ya lo he visitado y vienes 4 pm y no hay nadie q atienda.
