Great customer service! Herbert was amazing! I hope I got this name right, but I needed to return an online order which I had never received an email confirmation for, and he took his time as went as far as calling customer support to be able to get my order number and issue a refund! I really appreciate him for his dedication and work ethic!!
Everyone else was also really helpful and nice!

Did some shopping today at Kohl's. I found what I needed but was having trouble checking out. The representative name Gaby at store #1428 in the Coral Springs Mall was awesome. She found the problem and resolved it. She made my shopping experience less stressful and enjoyable again after resolving the issue. Yes I would shop there again.

The woman that helped me was extremely gracious and and helpful since apparently my account had expired.

She was a great ambassador for Kohl's I highly recommend her for positive mention on her personnel file

I love this store super organized and clean, easy to shop.

Thank God for meeting Millicent, an excellent salesperson and person. My disabled dad needed a suit to attend a wedding and he helped us from the suit, tie, shoes, stockings. It is the first time that we have been treated so well. Many thanks to Millicent for your attention.

I was in your store today and the sales associate in men’s pants went out of her way for me to find the last pair of pants in my size and there was only one pair left I just love when a sales associate can take the r time to help a customer and not ignore their work .
