I don’t normally don’t leave comments but I had to leave one for these folks. They were real helpful and precise thy were very professional and she said I would get the passport within 4 to 6 week. I got it on the fifth week after no issues, when I call, I just want to tell them. Thank you for the help.

The service was very fast and Ms. Raquel was very professional. All my documents were mailed out as opposed to face to face, and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call (less than 2 weeks later) to say the renewal was completed. Will definitely use again and will also recommend to others!!!

I must say that I was very hesitant in using their services because I shared the same problem as I'm sure many other people do & that is getting them on the phone every time you call. No one wants to spend their money with someone you can very rarely get on the phone. However, I took my chances because we did communicate by texts & they had excellent reviews. Needless to say that I'm very happy. I had a very long discussion with the manager about not being able to get them on the phone & she said that as much as she would love to take every call it's just not possible for more reasons than one. Moreover they have a very heavy workload & the phone calls can really slow things down. My suggestion to persons who are having difficulty getting through on the phone is to try texting. It worked for me & I'm sure it will work for you because they do reply.

Came in today to get my brother's passport renewed and it was super easy. The attendant was very helpful in answering our questions on the forms, took his passport photos and overall a great experience from we entered the place until we left. Will definitely recommend ! Thank you !

I was extremely unsure about this place because of the reviews I saw but I took a chance and I received my passport in less than 2 months and my old passport was lost. So I honestly have nothing bad to say. They’re a little hard to get in touch with but besides that I am more than satisfied!

Quality service. Value for money. Exceptional delivery time. I drove 500 miles to have my passport renewed, went to the Miami location but they couldn't have it done in the time I wanted it. Exceptional customer service. I went to get my passport renewed 8 weeks ago as I didn't want the hassle of going to the Jamaican Consulate in Miami to have it done. I had my passport photos taken there. Racquel looked through the form to ensure it was properly filled out. Was told the passport would be ready in 8 weeks. I got back my renewed passport today in exactly 8 weeks as promised. Would highly recomemmend this business to anyone who may need the services offered.

Friendly and professional environment. I went in on September 2nd, 2020 and received and email from DHL on September 23rd, 2020 that my passport was scheduled for delivery. I highly recommend this business for your passport needs.
