I had the pleasure of meeting Cliff and his Wife today at the recommendation of a lady at JCPennys. I had a Gucci wrist watch that was 45 years old which I had not touched in a while. Fearful of the battery being corroded and not being able to use it again, I took it to Cliff. He was able to install a new battery and was ever so pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I left his store happy and delighted that I could use my treasured Gucci wrist watch again. Thank you to Cliff and his wife (also a lovely friendly lady). I highly recommend them for your watch repair needs.

I recently had my Rolex serviced at Dougall’s and the experience was perfect. They explained the process and provided a quote, which was significantly cheaper than sending it to Rolex. The watch was ready in a couple of days and looks great.

Dropped off my Seiko automatic watch to get the date quickset function fixed and I had the watch back in 2 days. Good work done quick for a reasonable price. I had taken my watch to various other watch repair locations and they didn't even want to take my business so I appreciate their service.

Very efficient. I always get my watch batteries here and they repaired my Seiko watch. Fixed my bracelet latch and did a great job. Many times they are able to do repairs same day while you shop in the mall.

It's almost impossible to find businesses who can replace batteries and bands on watches. I was so delighted to find Dougall's and give it my highest recommendation. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is very polite, and the work is done quickly and efficiently. Even if this is a bit out of your way, take the time to go because you can be assured of excellent service at a very good price.

I have been to many Jewelers for watch service/ repair, but I will never bring my watches anywhere else. The service and value is second to none. It was an absolute pleasure working with Cliff.

Located at a Kiosk in the Broward Mall. The service was great and they fixed my watch on site, I needed a new crystal and battery. They gave me a great price compared to other watch shops in the area. They replaced the crystal, cleaned my watch, and Cliff, the watchman, also noticed the watch needed calibration/alignment, and did that for free.

I would go back to Dougall's for my future watch and jewelry needs.

Fast, quality work and super affordable! Not what you would expect from a mall kiosk but these guys really know what they're doing. I had an expensive watch repaired for a really low price and they even threw in a new battery for a nominal fee AND they resized another watch for free. I went here based on their reviews and they weren't kidding, this is the place to go for watch and jewelry repairs. I'll definitely be back for any future issues with my watch.

I had bought a Timex watch granted not a huge expense but needed the band shortened for my tiny wrist. Went to several jewelry shops buth they didn't seem to want to bother with it Even said they did not have a tool to do that . tried to sell me some diamond jewelry. but at this small watch repair and jewelry kiosk they were more than happy to help me and at a fair price I was very happy with the work

Fast, friendly and the price is a great value for the service. I had a battery replaced and a link removed from the band in the watch all in 20 minutes. I won't quote the price because I am sure every watch is different but it was definitely a good price for the speed of the service.

After several failed attempts at getting my Rolex serviced properly I decided to try a new jeweler. My issue was handled immediately, correctly and at a very fair price. I will not hesitate to use Dougall’s again.

They do top quality work. This time I only needed my jewelry cleaned but in the past they've also repaired my jewelry and done an amazing job. I also think their prices are very reasonable.
