I visited this location last week and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan and Quinn. Their customer service was beyond great. They went the extra mile to make sure I was able to find the exact sneaker I was looking for due to it being sold out almost everywhere. I was going to buy it for more money at an exclusive sneaker shop but fortunately they were able to help me locate it at retail cost with their help. I hope they get recognized and rewarded for their enthusiastic and initiative customer service!

Incredible experience. Upon walking in the store I was greeted and welcomed by Maya who right away asked how she can assist me. She is very professional, attentive, and overall pleasant. I explained what a terrible experience I had at another location just yesterday (Galleria Mall), trying to exchange my shoes for a bigger size. She immediately sympathized and promised a much better experience, I’ve never felt more pleased about a simple exchange. During trying the shoes on she made sure they were comfortable and true. She has incredible managerial characteristics, definitely deserves to be recognized. Once we got to the register McKenzie took care of us and completed our exchange. When I told him about yesterday’s interaction at the other location (Galleria Mall) he reassured me that it was unacceptable and unprofessional of them to handle the situation the way they did. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I’ve had at JD Sports/Finish Line, remarkable customer service and overall attitude. You can tell they take pride in their craft. Thank you Maya and McKenzie! This is now our go to location.

I’ve never in my life left a google review but this store without a doubt deserves one the store is amazingly clean and has some of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. I am always greeted right when I walk in the door and asked if I need any assistance instantly, this is one of the many reasons why I go out of my way to come to this exact store. Brandon is exceptional at what he does and he’s a major help, what he has done for me is unexplainable. The store is always stocked with products and I never have to look anywhere else, McKenzie is a great addition to the team as well and always has me leaving the store with a smile, he always finds what I am looking for any very timely manner. These employees are just some of the reasons why I will continuously shop at the store and not look anywhere else thank you for everything and continuing to provide the best level of customer service possible.

Was greeted before I stepped both feet inside the store by Maya. She helped me find the right shoe, making sure I liked it and the shoe felt right. Even when other customers walked in, she never lost sight of our interaction. She was focused and on point. Very professional and organized. Definitely a valuable asset and any employer would be extremely lucky to have her. I was assisted at checkout by a gentleman named McKenzie who was also very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Maya and McKenzie, not only do you provide great service but you also create great memories. Will be referring this location to everyone I know.

Izzy showed great customer service!!! She greeted me and my girls with humor soon as we came in. I love to feel appreciated when I’m spending my money and she did just that. My first time visiting JD sports and definitely won’t be my last.

JD Sports had just what I needed at a price you can't beat anywhere else, purchasing $500 dollars worth of merch, was definitely a steal for the 4 pair of authentic sneaks I've been searching for! The unforgettable and awesome staff Mel, Terrence, Miguel, Anisa and the store manager made my shopping experience pleasant! It was my first time there and I must say I will definitely return! They all were very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks JD Sports!

Walked into this place and it was like transporting into a different world, the music, Ambiance, shoe selection and even the air felt different! Haha I’m serious though, what a great experience! I had never been to a JD Sports before but My Kids & I will certainly make them my store of choice moving forward!!!

The staff at JD Sports are very patient, kind, and friendly. Specifically Maya Dartha and the manager Brandon. I’ve been there on 3 occasions and I’m always met with smiles and willingness to help. Keep up the great work!
