This place was fantastic! Here I was thinking that customer service is dead as a door nail, but I called them with a very strange an unorthodox inquiry and they did everything in their power to make sure that I had everything under control! The people on the phone here genuinely know what they’re talking about, not just Joe schmo from down the street looking for a quick buck. Definitely experienced workers, would recommend to anybody looking for advice and or quality paint.

Only supporting curbside pickup, was able to call and get the paint I needed quickly over the phone and pick up in store.

I got a sample of a Farrow and ball color from this location because they were able to match the UK brand perfectly. Decent service in store but I called the store 2 weeks later (today) to ask a few questions about sheens and prices before heading over to purchase 2 gallons. Spoke to Keith, He was rude and very short with me. I thanked him before he hung up in my face. I will never spend my money at this location. I called back to make sure I got his name! I see why the reviews are so low. I would give this store 0 stars if Google had that option.
