AT&T Store

As soon as I walked in we were greeted. The staff is super friendly and the woman that helped me was awesome. She made my time enjoyable and kept checking on me to make sure I'm good. ( she was at a non corporate store before this store but I don't remember her name)

Sunnie went out her way to help us. We are seniors and need a lot of help. She did an awesome job and was very helpful.

I purchased a Samsung tablet directly from Samsung because of an excellent deal for upgrade. I visited another ATT store to help with swapping the cell service from the old to the new, and they were no help. This store was busy, and I waited for a short while. When I was seen, they were able to quickly take care of my request. Very knowledgeable and well trained. I'm glad I stopped at this one.

Dalton helped me (Sandy) out after my husband lost his phone on a trip. I absolutely DREAD dealing with technology!!! Dalton calmed my worries and took care of everything. AND when I had to return after receiving the new phone, I was lucky enough to get Dalton again. The stars were aligned!!!! HE WAS AMAZING!!!!! The whole experience was totally painless. Thank you, Dalton!

I came in on the 28th of Nov almost at closing time and Ryan helped me. I waited until he was working again to be able to finish the sale. I walked out this evening with the IPhone 15 ProMax and a new Apple Watch.Ryan is extremely friendly and very personable. Highly recommend if you don’t want a pushy salesman that you ask for Ryan.

My daughter and I were in & Ryan & Shane were absolutely AMAZING!!! I am convinced I will never ask for anyone else. They were so knowledgeable, friendly & fun. I would highly recommend!!!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable young person waited on me. Quickly resolved my problem and didn’t make me feel stupid because I didn’t know what to do. Was very patient and easy to talk to.

Sells personal Nick was very understanding and care to Make me feel important that my problems were fixed the right way. Other sales personnel couldn't help.

We drove here on Friday because our Litchfield store is always very rude and they just don’t seem to care or want you there. The guy who helped us I wish I remember his name he was awesome he listened to what I wanted and did just that. We maybe waited three minutes to be serviced and it probably took him all of 8 minutes to fix all my issue’s reactivate a phone for me and replace both phones screen protectors while keeping friendly conversation the entire time. Everyone that was working was very friendly and this will definitely be the store I use from now on.

Jalya, do what it takes to keep her. She was great and fixed my problem when the tech I saw day before couldn't. When I come back to store or need help I'll be asking for her. Jayla GREAT JOB

He was very helpful. He answered everything that I asked him and he pointed out more stuff that I didn't know and I would definitely recommend him.

Nick was phenomenal and very knowledgable. His knowledge of ATT was exceptional and cross sold us on a couple of items.

Arrived as a walk-in without an appointment and still received service extremely quick. Manager Kasey was friendly and helpful and was able to resolve the issue with my phone very quickly, saving me a ton of time and hassle,. I must have been in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Had a great experience! Morgan was awesome, and with her it was a seamless transaction.

The employee that waited on us was knowledgeable and did not rush us even though we took a lot of his time. We bought new phones and were added to our daughter's plan. It was a good experience.

Brandon Cox was excellent. He assisted me with an issue that one of your phone reps just couldn’t figure out and didn’t even come close to providing me with the helpful information that Brandon did. He was awesome, AT&T should be proud to have him as an employee. Oh, and he also gave me the last parachute when we were on a plane that was on fire and crashing. Thankfully after years of medical treatment he was able to come back to work.

Shawn was super helpful and friendly. He showed us ways to save money too.
