I went into Supplement Superstores looking for a protein shake option. Jake immediately greeted me and was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the products. I was able to get what I needed with my budget. I will definitely be back to shop for more when I need it!

I LOVE THIS STORE! The staff is wonderful and has provided great advice for my physical goals. They have helped me find motivation and with my current financial budget make a way to hit my goals! Love it!

These folks were absolutely personable. As soon as I walked into the store, we were immediately greeted. Every product was thoroughly explained and help was provided regarding things like diet. Even more so of note, the folks at this store truly care about what they do, and it shows in their interactions with the public, not only with me, but others I saw that came in while I was there. I’d give them more stars if I could.

I love when I get over by this place and can actually stop in! They’re always super helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the time at least one person in the store remembers me from a previous visit and will ask about something we had previously talked about. They also tend to run a bit cheaper on some items vs ordering online!

Everyone at supplement superstore is super nice and unpretentious. I never feel nervous to shop here or ask questions , whatever they may be. I’ve noticed the employees who work here really go out of their way to make sure whenever someone walks in they don’t feel discouraged or dismissed. I’ve always left feeling good about my purchases and never felt like they tried to “sell me” something. Always the best service and products!

My chiropractor recommended the Edwardsville Supplement Superstore team to me when I told him that I needed to get into shape. As soon as my family and I walked into the Supplement Superstore they were all friendly, courteous and informative. I told them I was looking for a protein powder to help me get to my daily protein goals. Jake was super helpful and even asked if I wanted to sample the powder before I bought it. That was going above and beyond, in my opinion. Plus their website is correct, they had a better price than all the other competitors.
I highly recommend this incredible, knowledgeable staff. I am grateful for an amazing first experience since I honestly was a little timid approaching a supplement store for the 1st time.

Everyone in Supplement in Edwardsville is so friendly and very helpful. I stop in every two weeks to scan and whoever is available greets me with my name and a cold water. They are always supportive and show that they care about the result of my scan and are there to answer any questions I have. Everything that they have recommended to me is great and is helping me work towards my best results possible in my journey!

All the guys at Edwardsville S2 are great. Super personable and great to talk to. They’re a wealth of knowledge and offer up great advice. Sometimes if I’m just passing by I’ll go in to talk and not even buy something. They have a TON of products and aren’t super pushy on sales either. Whether your a fitness veteran or just getting started S2 is a great place to start for your all your needs.

Best customer service I've had in a very long time! Jake was very knowledgeable about the products he carries and even let me try a sample for my next workout. I felt a genuine kindness from Jake and the staff at SS. And to top it off, I check my mailbox (I live in Texas but travel for work) when I arrived home from a long week of work and travel; and had a personalized, hand written letter thanking me for my patronage. That's insane! I had to squint to make sure it wasn't just a printed font that looks like handwriting. Sure enough, Jake took the time to actually write me. That's fantastic! Thanks Jake and staff at SS. You guys are making GNC very nervous!

Great place with great products. The workers are very polite and personable. They are also very helpful suggesting what you may need and what will help/work for you.

I had gastric sleeve surgery 2/27/23. After surgery I was sent off on my own to figure it out. I have been struggling to meet my protein goals and getting in my vitamins. I even started regretting my surgery. Today, 4/11/23 I walked into SS-Edwardsville very uneducated about my condition and walked out having a better understanding and feeling very hopeful about my overall health. All the guys working were very friendly. Brandon was the one that helped me. It was reassuring to talk to someone who was knowledgeable about Bariatric Surgery, and did not shame me for it. He took the time to go over my proteins for the day, and laid out a full meal plan. He recommended protein shakes that would be easy on the stomach, and even educated me on later proteins once I fully heal. I expressed my concerns about taking vitamins in pill form, and he knew exactly what would help me.

I went into supplement superstore about June and Mitchell helped write up a plan and helped me get all the right stuff, he took his time and actually cared. I highly recommend him and the store. Fast forward to December my buddy was getting back into the gym and I brought him to the store and Jake helped him out tremendously wrote Him a plan and got him the right supplements, also made him way more confident and comfortable these two guys Jake and Mitchell are top notch so go check out the store in Edwardsville you won’t be disappointed! Im up 5 lbs of muscle with all the thanks to these guys!

Every time when I enter I enter the store I feel like I am entering a friend’s house. The staff are all fantastic and have been very helpful in my fitness journey. This is the first supplement store I have gone to that i want to go and don’t feel like I have to go. I will definitely be coming back to these stores often.

The staff is super helpful, Brandon was the one that helped me, and he actually even threw in some supplements for me to try, to see if I would actually like them. Super friendly, more than willing to help you with whatever you need help with. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a supplement store.

Have talked to Patrick, Mitchell and Jared ... all 3 have been SUPER helpful and way surpassed my expectations. This business gives off the vibe of wanting to add value to it's customers without being pushy at all. I was truly impressed.
