The employees were so incredibly helpful and I left getting everything I needed for my son to start wrestling. Wrestling shoes, running shoes, mouth guard, duffel bag, socks, shirts, compression briefs, hat and I was able to stay on brand with all of them and purchase all nike, which is important for me. I hate having a bunch of different brands for one specific thing.

Finally they hired someone that wants to work. The young man that was working all by himself around 4pm on 1/9/24 was super helpful. He immediately asked if he could help me as soon as I walked in. You need to give him a raise. He is well worth it, since your other workers just stand at the counter talking to themselves and you have to ask them to help you.

Customer service was wonderful. Associates greeted me and welcomed me and asked what I was looking for. One associate was new he said and first day and he was very helpful being his first day. He helped me find the shoes I was interested in as well as another girl who was very enthusiastic about helping me try on different shoes. Great first time visit for me! I left with my new favorite pair of shoes for work, the gym, and everyday wear! :) Can't wait to come back and find more deals and friendly faces here!

The Hibbett Staff at the Glen Carbon location was very helpful in finding the exact size and soccer shoe we needed for my son. Really good customer service.

Jordan was so helpful. I called on my way to the store to see if they had any kids baseball cleats in stock in my son’s size. We had brought the wrong pair to his baseball game and needed a quick replacement. He checked the stock and pulled a pair out so they were ready when I arrived. Fabulous customer service!!

We had an interesting experience. It happened to storm terribly as soon as we got in the store. The girl taking care of us was cool as a cucumber. The lights were flickering, you could hear the rain, hail, and wind violently at the door. She had a plan that if the lights went out she would lock the doors and usher us to a safe room (myself and my son) Meanwhile I had received a message from my neighbor that our huge tree had fell on my sons car parked in front of our house. It was incredibly stressful but the young lady taking care of us continued to make us feel safe and even assisted us in finding the perfect pair of cleats! She should be commended for how she handled eveeything! I wish we remembered our sales associate's name. She was amazing!

I came in yesterday looking for a pair of New Balance that were only available online but online did not show my size. Jackson pulled up the shoes, found my size in another store, and I received them today! I was so excited! Jackson was so nice, professional, and all around AWESOME! Hibbett Sports Edwardsville is lucky to have you Jackson!!

A couple weeks back my family and I stopped by Hibbett Sports in Edwardsville in search of shoes. We experienced the BEST service from a young man named Barry. He is kind, courteous, and genuinely happy to help. We stopped in hoping to find a single pair of shoes but left with two pairs of shoes, two hats, and a hoodie, feeling good about our purchase, where we spent our money, and how we were treated as customers. Not only did Barry help, but every employee took the time to say hello and smile, even in passing. We will make a point to stop here first for all our future shoe and apparel purchases moving forward simply because we felt so appreciated.

Quick and easy to pop in to purchase a soccer ball and gift card. Helpful staff.

Clean store. Helpful associates. They always greet me at the door. Asks if I need any help. Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont..but it's just good customer service.
I like my coupons I get in the mail from them..saves me some money!

Great place if you want something different but effective. Carries nice brands such as addidas, Nike, puma ect. More than just a sports gear store. I recommend this place even for everyday clothes.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS, IF YOUR GOING TO CRY ABOUT NO BEING GREETED, PLEASE GROWUP, YOUR AN ADULT. NOT EVERYTHING SHOULD BE HANDED TO SOME OF YOU SILVERSPOOD FED PEOPLE. HAVE SOME DECENT RHAT THE EMPLOYEES COULD BE GOING THROUGH THINGS AS WELL, THEY ROBOTS OR SLAVES THAT ARE GOING TO CATER TO EVERY NEED. THISNIS FOR ALL HIBBETT EMPLOYEES, YOU GUYS ARE DOING GREAT THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
