Jewel-Osco

My family had planned a picnic in a nearby park, but forgot to order drinks. This Jewel was close. They had some no sugar flavor water on sale, great. I asked about ice, they said I could get it at checkout. Then I remembered we would need a container. I ask and was directed to the correct isle. I remembered many things we might need and the staff was courteous and helpful.
I used to be a regular Jewel customer until the corporate executives decided that to be a loyal rewards program participant, you have to pay a fee. So much for rewarding loyal customers. Now I go to Jewel only for special occasions.

There was this one worker who was the greatest of all time at bagging grocers he is so fast at doing it that one time I forgot something and they stayed bagging and b the time I was back they said that they’re was the 15 other people that have went

Today I drove the distance and went to the jewell in Wheaton. I was so pleased. I entered the produce dept and was greeted by a very nice employee who explained why there were no cotton candy grapes. Then to the deli another employee with knowledge. There were helpful employees all around to help you. Unlike other jewel where you can't find anyone to help you. Good job people and please know a little help goes a long way. This may be my new shopping place.

BAILEY in the deli department was absolutely fantastic!. I could not imagine working all by myself with such problems from customers. She was truly great and I wanted to share a review telling her thank you and keep up the good work!

This store has excellent produce due to high volume of customers. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. If you shoo the ads it's very affordable.

Gotta be real, here. For a long time (and I mean A LONG TIME) I rarely shopped at Jewel. In the last 3-4 years, I've reconnected. Know that I am a bargain shopper. For me, the weekly specials almost always appeal and some of the specials are spectacular. Fruit and veges, and meat and fish, are always decent. So... There you go. Suits me well.
PS... Don't wait til Tuesday for the specials - they might be gone by then.

Organized, clean, personnel. Cashiers are kind, patient, fast. and efficient.

Brianna really helped me out when it came to finding the Oreos. I swear I just couldn't find them and she went out of her way to help me out and get them. If it wasn't for her I don't know how my day would have gone! Like those Oreos really hit the spot.

The store is excellent and its prices are very reasonable .

I love this Jewel. I really enjoy their ready made meals including sushi, sandwiches, soups, and ready to cook at home meals as well. I often get vegetables that are cut and ready to go which saves me time. Good healthy options.

I love this Jewel! I have been going here for years and have never had a problem with anything. The place has just been revamped and looks great. If you need anything from the store or pharmacy, I would go here! They have a wonderful staff as well! Helpful and nice, always! I appreciate the staff, and the availability of the items they offer in that store. Thank you Jewel for helping my family get so much good food, so close to home!

very very awesome selection of food, very very personable crew, especially in the checkout lines, and more often than not fellow customers are as well, this is definitely my 'go-to' Jewel-Osco, very very satisfied I am

So happy to go into a Jewel store again! I shopped at the one in Wood Dale for many years until we moved to the Rockford area! No Jewel stores out here anywhere!

Always good experience at jewel . Such nice people that work there. Just wish they had Tab soda back on the shelf.

It's a grocery store, but I've always found the workers there super-helpful, the checking lines short and customer service has completely resolved issues the few times over the years that we ended up with a problem. Very happy with this store and I love that it is right around the corner.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially Jacklyn of which miraculously I found her again. Very friendly and always smiling, that make you leave the store smiling though you spend lots of money. :)

Best grocery store in the Chicago land area. What I like most is that the check out lines always move quickly and if lines begin to form the associates will open a new line. I also beleive that when they place items on sale they are lowest around. I like that the managers are always around and more than willing to help with any issues I have had. Well done Jewel!!

I go here every week to shop for my grandmother and everyone on staff has always been kind and helpful. Everything is labeled fairly well when it comes to finding the location of items you're looking for. Prices are also fairly decent.

This is grocery store in Illinois, very clean, great selection of fruit and meat. Since right now so hard to get things in the stores and shelf. Nice place and decent people work there too.
