Went in to the store regarding an issue on our account and Jack and Damien went above and beyond to get on the line with a tmobile rep and Assurant rep repeatedly to help resolve an issue. The patience and level of customer service from them is extraordinary! I 100% recommend this store and will not go to any other tmobile store other than this one. They definately deserve a raise!!!😁

The nicest staff at this location. Jack and his team were very kind and helpful. I ran into some issues with my son’s phone and they were nothing but kind and patient throughout the whole process. Thankyou so much to this team here!!

Ameer, the assistant manager at the T-Mobile store in Palos Heights, was very professional & talented; I recently switched to T-Mobile, located at 143rd & Wolf. The manager Mike at that location scammed me big time & after all the aggravation, I went through with that store. I walked into another T-Mobile location in Palos Heights, where I met Ameer, the assistant manager; he had helped me with the billing issues that were from the other store; great job, Ameer; if it weren’t for you, I would’ve switched back to Verizon today.
I highly recommend this location & stay away from the other T-Mobile store at 143rd & Wolf Rd.


Amber and Paulina were the best people to work with they made me feel like I should have been with mobile my whole life they are very kind and answered every single one of my questions they even gave me a great price saved me more then $70 dollars by switch from At&T. I am not very tech savvy so Amber Voluntarily came to my house to help me set up the internet and saved me $130 dollars because I didn't need geek squad to come set up my things Paulina on the other hand was the very kind to me she answered all my questions and this is honestly I was very pleased with my visit and I think Paulina and Ameer worked very hard today and gave me such a great view on TMobile. Thank you guys so much for all your help.

Steven Zureikat store manager was a great guy to deal business with. He was patient and listened to every concern I had before he suggested a new device. He's well knowledgeable and not pressure sold me a phone that I couldn't afford. I will definitely go back to this location if I run into any issues or have any questions. If you go there ask for Steven. His staff is just as knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about products. They were helpful in assisting my wife of explaining features of her new S20+ 5G phone. One staff member stands out named Mohammad, also goes by Moe. I would recommend not only this location but also Moe for assistance.

Amazing customer service by them and Especially the way Ameer broke down everything to me he did it in such a understanding way he told me all plans that would help me and it went successful in my trip to T mobile greatly recommended

Kind to say ameer and Paulina were very very helpful I had a bad experience at the location across the street because Jessica the manager at 7213 W College Dr was charging me random fees for 2 devices I don’t own and Ameer and Paulina fixed my plan and put me the correct one and made sure I left satisfied!! I appreciate you guys so much

I came in from Lockport because they messed up my families account and I came to Palos Heights because of the amazing reviews I heard and they were phenomenal!! The store took care of me especially Marwa she took her time and helped me out with everything. I will ONLY be returning to them from now on.

This Is The Best T-Mobile Store Including Every Other Carrier I've Had every carrier since 1995 So I've Been In Alot Of Cell Phone Store I personally Pre Order All My Cell Phones Directly From Samsung & Get The Factory Unlocked Version That Works With All GSM & CDMA Carriers. I Pay Almost Half Price For The Newest Best Samsung Phones Before Their Available At The Store For Everyone Else. But These Guys Are Extremely Helpful They Didn't Even Charge Me After I Switched To T-Mobile & They Were Suppose To Port My Numbers Over & The New SIM Cards They Sent Me were Suppose To Be Activated & Ready To Go. They Charged Me $50.00 For 2 SIM Cards Then Activated Them With New Numbers. When I Went Here Within 10 mins they Reversed The $50.00 Charge T-Mobile Charged Me Online Then Had Both My Phone Numbers Ported Over To New SIM Cards & Did It All For Free. Great Store They Don't Try & Push Any Products Like Everyone Else Does Their Fast, Honest l, Very Helpful. I Recommend This Store To Anyone Even If They Are 25min from your house & 5 Other T-Mobile Shops You Drive By On The away To this one. Their not going to try to sell you a phone Lima A IPhone & Tell You Its The Best Phone Made just because They Make More Money Selling A Brand. They help everyone that has no idea about phones & won't Self You A device Thats More or less Then You Need just to make more money.

This location for T-Mobile has the best customer service, they were so helpful and really worked with me when switching my phone. Ask the manager Steven he is the best!
