Instead of just doing the job and taking my money, I was given some pointers on how to get more use out of my setup before I really needed to do something that comprehensive and costly.

Steve the owner and operator of finger Swagger is super knowledgeable about all aspects of guitars and amplifiers and guitar effects. He does custom work on guitar. He dresses the frets works on the fretboard all the electronics on the guitar. He does the best guitar setups in town. His wife Barbara has turned into an excellent guitar repair technician. And she loves the band Journey.

One of the best shops I have been to in Spokane. Steve is an awesome dude and the store has one of the best pedal selections around, 3 cases of quality! I’ll be back for sure!

Love these fellas. Andrew and Steve know their craft better than anyone. Andrew treats every customer that comes in like he’s known him for years. Steve is the owner and truly an amazing individual. I’ve come in just to talk and hang out, play banjo and they’re happy to have me. Have only bought one guitar here but I buy all my accessories from them. They’re good men. It’s a good store. Well worth going to.

What fun it is to have Fingerswagers available to help us play. Robert (Luthier) is an absolute wiz on fix, replace/improvement, and shows comprehensive knowledge of our guitars. Steve (owner) is personable, knowledgeable and helpful for a satisfying experience. Their prices are reasonable, below market standard. Save money and have fun at Fingerswagers in Spokane. I took my guitar in and it had a factory defect, so they fixed the guitar up. Finger Swaggers is a good business to do business with because their workmanship is good and their salesmanship is good as well.

Great staff and service at an awesome price! I took an inexpensive Squire bass in for a setup, they did a great job at a VERY reasonable price. He got the action nice and low, like I asked with no fret buzz, and it plays like a dream! I also had an electrical issue with the ground, and they took care of it for free! I'll be bringing all my guitars in for setups!

My first trip to this store was fantastic. They were very helpful with my questions about my Amp setup for routing the signal to my PC. Since I have an older amp without a Line Out, they showed me what hardware I should get. They were also very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to visiting this store again.

These guys are above and beyond awesome! I took a very special (to me) custom Ibanez in to have some work done and it plays so much better than when I first got it. Andrew's customer service was outstanding and I will never take my guitars to anyone else again. Prices are very reasonable considering all they do for you. These are guys who will take their time with you to make sure you have what you need and aren't just pushy salesmen. They also take the time to help teach you and explain things to you along the way so you learn and understand much more.

So glad I took the trip over there. They are very nice and only want you to have a good time in their store.

Excellent guitar shop. Limited product selection, however this is THE place for guitar service, and repair. Very knowledgeable, and professional. Excellent work, and cool people to talk to!

Great knowledgeable staff, they guarantee their work at a fair price. Can't beat that, especially these days. Owner is a vet, instead of going to the big stores in Spokane give these guys a try and support local business. Took my SG in for a tune up, plays better than when I got it. Fixed a chip in my LP, they offer lessons, good selection of gear.. what more could you want.

Great customer service A++. I went to finger swagger with a question unrelated to music and even though there was other customers he was happy to help me! I wanted to know about string strength and what would work for removing a windshield. Long story short I got the wire I needed and it worked great!!

I almost got a guitar online because it is convenient, but decided for this kind of purchase I would look at a local shop first. They were so helpful! Super nice and knowledgeable, I got a great deal on a sweet guitar and Andrew played all the ones I was looking at for me! They also give you a local warranty and tuneup with your purchase which is also way more convenient than online. Thank you thank you!
