Love Burlington (coat factory)! You will never guess what I bought today? Yep! You guessed it, a coat! Michael Kors winter coat. Thank you for the amazing selection Burlington. I also picked up a staple gun and some Christmas gifts. Customer service was great. Love this location. My sister and I travel an hour each, from different directions, just to come here. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Great selection and a very helpful staff.
I live a 100 miles from this store. I had saw a cape there that a friend liked but didn't buy it at the time because she was with me. I called the store, got a nice man named Cedric, who searched the clearance rack for the item. Once found he took care of everything to get it charged to my card and shipped to my house. I was only on the phone for about 20 minutes, most of which was him having to search for just one item in hundreds. Never at any other store have i received such excellent customer service.
I will be shopping at this store for many years to come.

Wide selection of clothes, home goods and furniture. You have to usually dig to find something you like and in your size as they're usually close out or end of stick items. Good prices and friendly staff.

Staff is very kind and helpful. There card system was down but they let us know at the door and pointed us in the direction of the closest ATM.
