American Eagle Store

I came in on Thursday 02/28 with my 2 daughters. I was there to get shorts for my older daughter and one of the employees was extremely friendly. She helped us find shorts and she even brought us more options to the dressing room. One pair of shorts weren’t available that we liked so she helped us ship them to our home. I wish I had caught her name. We were there from like 4:30-4:50. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful she was!

I cannot say enough about Sydney, sales associate, at this location! She helped me with a very pleasant attitude resulting in a much larger sale! She was patient. She was very informed and provided advisement where needed and was not pushy. She tripled the sales that would have been made if she had not helped me! Go Sydney!!!! You should be in corporate!

Best-fitting jean options! But, today, the best part of our visit was Hailey at the Turkey Creek AE. She was kind, funny, and patient while helping us take advantage of the current deals.

I needed to leave a review after my experience yesterday. I have been to this store many times. It is always always so beautifully organized and it’s usually not busy so you can enjoy shopping in peace. I wanted to brag on the staff. They greet you as you come on and are so attentive to you throughout your whole shopping experience. I always try on what seems like a thousand things to leave with only a few items, but the staff are so kind and helpful every time. Yesterday I worked with a sweet girl who helped me pick out two very cute and flattering pairs of shorts. She was so good to me and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and left feeling good in the items I had picked! I can’t tell you how many times I have felt rushed or defeated when trying on clothes and picked something that I got home and just didn’t like. I love shopping here and it’s one of the best store experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this location!

Two employees helped with all my needs and were very friendly

This is only store I've been in that has taken this pandemic seriously . Everyone, customers and employmees, are required to wear a mask at all times while in the store. They disinfect the cash register area after each customer, and they are now offering curbside pickup. Not only that, but the associates are very helpful and happy to help.
