Five star is for great customer service at Fragrance department. Este Lauder clerk I wish I got his name but do have his associates id# 014699 hope he can get recognized for outstanding customer service. I had exchange and had to come back for 2nd time he took his time and went above and beyond to help me out. Very professional!

The clerks were greatly helpful. Great shop I didn’t catch her name but the short blonde lady was very nice.

Daughter needed a dress for a school dance. Kohls didn't have any, amd everywhere else I knew of closed at 8. Luckily, Belk was open until 9! Obviously at 8pm it wasn't crowded, gps took me straight there, and everything worked out!

I can always find a great deal in Belk Department Stores.

Great parking, good prices, helpful staff. You must get their store credit card to get lowest prices, which I normally don't do. This was exception as it made everything 50% off. Well worth it. Wife enjoyed entire experience. Definitely will shop there again.

The sales at Belk are fantastic! Name brands have deep discounts. Some are "buy one get one free!" And "buy one get two free"! What a fun day. Sales persons are really helpful and friendly.

Good quality clothes (washer + dryer safe so far), good deals, easy ordering options if your size isn't in stock. Clean to shop and friendly staff. Better return policy than most clothing stores but should definitely keep your receipt.

The sales at Bulks are great. The one we seen buy one get two free was great. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Number 1 place for my cloth;

Was shopping in the home store men part of Belks pretty sure store manager sharp haircut looked good very polite very helpful also the two girls working behind one of the service desk was very pleasant and very helpful too store looked nice and clean definitely I recommend this store man behind the fragrance was very polite and very helpful

Lots of sales this week. I purchased over $100 in clothing for $15. This jump suit and skirt will work for me this Spring and Summer.

Matt was super helpful getting the gift swap present my wife and I were looking for and being able to price match it without any hassle. He was juggling several customers and still made time to help us out when we needed it!

Belks is my go-to store at Christmas, especially-but really I shop there all year round. Today, I had the most helpful cashier. Not only did I get the sale price, but she found other coupons, as well (on her own). I wish I had gotten her name. If all sales people were this nice and helpful!

The cosmetic counters at Turkey Creek associates were so nice and helpful, I drive 70 miles one way to get make up there they went over and beyond to order something for me that was out of stock and go in the back room and find another item that I wanted. Thank you

I will say today the atmosphere at Turkey Creek in cosmetics was so much more pleasant than the one at West town Mall. I will go to Turkey Creek Belk from now on at least for cosmetics.
