Josue M. was great to work with at this location. We needed help with our daughter’s Apple Watch receiving cellular signal and he was able to fix the issue smoothly that led me to purchasing my phone Apple Watch before leaving. Over great experience at this location. Only AT&T location we go to.

Gisselle Flores helped me numerous times when coming to in to get new Apple Watches and IPhones. She’s extremely helpful in helping me understand every bit of my account and informing me of new information and deals. Usually I dread sitting there for the entire process but she makes it very entertaining and makes time go by faster! I highly recommend requesting her, she’s honest and reliable! Thank you Gisselle, you’re amazing!!

The AT&T rep , his name is Saif Akm, could not have been more professional and attention. He really listened to my requests and helped me make a new phone selection that meets my needs. Having helpful, courteous reps like him is part of the reason that I have remained a loyal AT&T customer for so many years!

Great service from Saif. Everyone in there is very friendly and helpful.

Saif was a pleasure to deal with. We are new customers and he helped us order the new phones, got us set up with two new lines, answered a thousand of our questions, and I even got a free Apple Watch for being a nurse. I thought I came in the store prepared but had no clue that was even a promotion until he mentioned it. We were in and out rather quickly and he was just an overall nice person to converse with. Very knowledgeable and great customer service skills. Excited to be on AT&T again. Haven’t had this service in like 7 years.

I normally only deal with David because he’s great at his job and super attentive. I came into the store yesterday with my phone not being able to make calls among other problems. Saif assured me that everything was going to be okay. He reset my phone and it started working again. If only I would’ve thought of that. Best location for great service and results. Thanks again

After being COMPLETELY frustrated with the second representative trying to transfer my number to a new device , I was directed to go to the location closest to me which was this location . The amount of PATIENCE and knowledge the staff at this location had is incredible. They were able to calm down my anxiety , fix my problem and made sure I left the store happy and satisfied. They took the time to not only understand my issue but made sure they thoroughly solved the problem I had as well as prevented any problems I may have in the future. Overall I’m VERY satisfied with the help I received here and I’ll definitely be coming here for now on to solve any problems I have

Went to ATT to find out abt new iphones. Tabbie and Giselle were very helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and suggested ways I could save money. They made the whole process very easy and pleasant. I was very impressed with them.

I was able to get a few accessories including a speaker at this location with Tabatha Gomez and she was beyond helpful. She showed me the best products and really sold me on a few. Highly recommend working with her!
