Very friendly per usual... all the Christmas trees are up and beautiful 😍 I couldn't find something specific I needed and a gentleman helped me quick and had a great conversation. Super friendly.

I had an amazing visit to Lowes of Hermitage today . The associate that worked with me promised that he would get what I needed even if it had to come from another store. Well he succeeded in fulfilling his promise! The name on his apron is Billy so I assume that his name is Billy. Thank you for the great experience Billy. So glad you could hear my wife on my speaker phone. You're a very good young man . I totally appreciate you !!

Here's a tip. Order from the website and pick it up at the store. They fill most orders in less than an hour, bring it to the front, and send a pickup code to your phone. No fuss, no muss 👍😊

Lowes is always a good store for home improvements items and tools. Customer service at this Lowe's is particularly good. They are always willing to help and always nice.

Will have to order 16×16×1 air filters. They had everything else I needed.

We found everything we were looking for as well as photos of a project we were looking to do in the next few months. The photos and directions to help their customers plan were fantastic.

We bought a washer/dryer combo. It had 3 dents when it was delivered, and we were told we would be refunded a percentage of $ .... Now we are getting the runaround! Come on Lowe's and do what you said. I'll edit when the circumstances change. Edit - we received a 10% discount.

The crew was very helpful, friendly and professional.

Looking for a dual flush toilet. Well their sippy is not up to par. Went to Home Depot and found what I needed. I love both stores in Hermitage. They are across the street from each other.

Arthur helped us yesterday to determine what pieces we needed for install of an ice maker & he was absolutely fantastic! Deserves a raise - thanks so much!

Only place that has vacuum cleaner bags for my vacuum. We tried Target, Wal-Mart, Dollar General, & Kroger. $4key copy

They often have better plants and trees and prices then other home goods stores. The staff are helpful. It is clean and organized.

It’s Whataburger of course it gets a 5 star. The staff is nice and the spicy ketchup batch #2 is delicious. The breakfast taquitos are my favorite.

Still the big box store I enjoy. Clean, well ladies out with a lot of staff. Very helpful.

My experiences have been good at this store.I had some paint mixed yesterday and that was done well and the cashier was very courteous and friendly. I like this location.

Angela in the flooring department was very helpful. She made sure the flooring i needed was in stock before I drove the 30minutes to the store. Then, she helped load up all the flooring onto a pallet. The Pro Services team was also great. They made check-out easy, and Matt help lift the flooring into my car.
