The staff are always vibrant and friendly when I come in. There is always a parking spot really available when though the store here is quite busy. The generate alot of customers here but the parking lot is adequate for their customers! Great deals and the sushi is made fresh daily!

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP, FAST, FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND BUY MY GAS HERE TOO USUALLY GETTING 60cents off a gallon. Bought a small tree this year got a GREAT DEAL. THANK YOU KROGER

We love this store, partially because we know everybody and they will go out of their way to have what you want in stock.

Large store, knowledgeable staff, and they have CLICK LIST!!! This location has a larger selection than the other location in Hermitage. The staff is very helpful, and will go out of their way to help customers.

I go here over the kroger off of old hickory even though it's further from me.. Mostly because it isn't insanely busy with a horrific parking lot. But I do want to say tonight the gentleman running the self checkout &helping bag was both a very hard worker and insanely friendly. His customer service was truly superior. In the short time of seeing him work he helped several people and had the kindest disposition. Give him A HEFTY raise :) seriously he was so nice I had to leave a review to shout it out. He had brown hair, a short beard, I think glasses and a little bit of a southern accent. I came in the closing shift of 7/16/22.

Each Kroger store is different. The one on Lebanon Pike is a bit smaller than the one on Old Hickory. I hate when one is out of the salads Iove ut the other 1 has plenty. It seens mike

We have patronized this store for many years. This location has been consistent in their hiring of some fine young people. They have been friendly and willing to help anyway they are able. The store is clean and well stocked. If we encountered any problems they are handled swiftly at the Customer Service Counter. Well done, Krogers, well done.

Was looking for watermelons and Kroger had the size needed.

There is a cashier by the name of Tiffany. I usually see her around 9 or 10 pm at night when I go in so I assume she's a closer. She is the friendliest, jokingest, best people-person cashier I think I've ever had the pleasure of having wait on me! She alone deserves 5 stars, not just the store! Somebody get this lady a raise, or a promotion, or both! She's wonderful!

Always a friendly staff, a wide selection, and great price for name brand and Kroger brand items. Also the rewards card has been awesome! $.10 off of gas, you can't beat! Highly recommend!

Love this Kroger! The employees are so friendly and welcoming! My youngest son Josh goes to High school with a few of them and he really enjoys seeing them while we are shopping. They always stop and greet him.

I usually find what I need easily. Love the deli and in spite of the fact that it's a little pricey, I have to indulge from time to time. As always the cashier was friendly and helpful. This is a great place to shop.

Need something quick hit Kroger. Don't have to deal with hassle of Walmart. Prices not as low on most items but it's worth the headache free experience. I especially like the self checkout...a much better experience than Walmart's.

This Kroger is the utmost perfect store I have been too. Every item is perfectly placed and looks wonderful.

All their fruits and vegetables are in perfect condition from what I saw and they even offer free fruits for your children because they promote heathly snacking. They had oranges and bananas while we were there. They aren't cheap fruits either, the bananas we're Chackita brand and tasted wonderful.

The prices are pretty comparable to most stored in the area. Maybe not as cheap as Walmart but they still price match where Walmart doesn't.

All in all, I will most definitely return to this Kroger and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

i pretty much exclusively do my grocery shopping here. they have everything food wise that you need for much cheaper than walmart or publix and the workers here are all friendly. they have a wide variety of ages working there too so it feels very unique

The staff was extremely helpful in locating items that you need that are on sale and very interested in making your trip to the store as efficient and effective as possible I love the store in Hermitage at Kroger recommended to anyone that needs to go shopping to go there

Love this Kroger. My parents shopped here for 30 years and now I also shop here. Love the staff as most of them have known me my whole life. Lol Awesome Kroger!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Produce is usually pretty fresh, and the selection across the store seems to get progressively better.
