I love this store. I can find a perfect gift & card for any occasion. The staff is so helpful & courteous. They even gift wrapped my purchase.

Beautiful, clean, well organized card and gift shop. The service here is outstanding...and they have the very best card selection of anywhere. I always get those 'special' sentiment cards for my wife here.

I have been in many Hallmark stores over my life. They all seem to have the nicest staff. I was in this location for the first time about a week ago. It's a pretty good sized store, with LOTS to look at! They also carry one of my favorite products, Silver Forest jewelry. I was very pleased to find that. I have a hard time finding it and not all Hallmark stores carry their items. They had a slightly smaller stock of cards in inventory it seemed. But could be they were changing out the older holiday cards for the newer. Still had PLENTY of cards and a good variety to choose from. Plus they had some great deals on older holiday stock to make room for new, like over 3/4 off regular price! Nice if you collect the Keepsake Ornaments etc...

Amazing Store , with Fantastic team of workers. I was able to visit the store during the Christmas Open House, and it was so festive and fun, just what you need. The selections of items is still good, be sure to visit this local shop. I live over 30 miles away, but this is my go to gift store. I have been a Hallmark Collector since 1973, and this team loves their customers and their store and commitment to all things Hallmark & Holidays.

Love this little store, they have everything. I've shopped in here many times through the years. We don't live here but when we come to visit my husband's family, I can always count on finding what I need in this store. Great selection of cards and outstanding customer service. Literally the kindest people working here. They will continue to be a place I go when I need a special gift for an anniversary, a personalized wedding gift, milestone birthday gift, or a special gift to give someone that's lost a loved one. They always have the perfect recommendation and do a lovely job taking care of wrapping it for you.

I was a customer at the Rivergate store before it closed several years ago and was redirected to Deede’s. As a new customer, they were very friendly and helpful. During the past few years, I have never gotten poor service and they are always very friendly and helpful. They greet you when you come in, ask if they can help, and take you to the area where items are located if you are looking for something specific. This new hallmark (for me) is about a half hour drive away, but I will go there always first to find something due to their customer service! I LOVE Hallmark ornaments, etc., but never fail to find other items every time I shop. Great selections, clean store and beautiful displays!

I totally recommend Deede’s as a place to find what you need for personal gifts for the family. Very Helpful every time I have been there. The last time I was there I wanted “Peanuts” items and the owner’s daughter took me right to all the items Peanuts. Never have I ever had an unpleasant visit. All my visits to this store have been wonderful!

Going to Deede's Hallmark is ALWAYS a pleasurable experience. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. The store has more of a family atmosphere than a business atmosphere. There are so many gift ideas, and they are always getting new items. The owners of the store are as good as they get. Deede's is definitely worth the shopping experience.

This is my favorite place to shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is easy to navigate and has a wide selection of all types of goods to include cards, giftwrap, Jim Shore and Willow tree, windchimes, jigsaw puzzles. The owners are great and the stock changes all the time.

I love shopping at Deede’s. They are my one stop shop for gift giving. They have such a great variety of gifts for all year round giving. I just pick the item and find my card as they do the wrapping. Hard to find that kind of service anywhere lately.

Love, love, love this store! If I need a special gift the staff and owner are always willing to help and gift wrap if needed. The staff make you feel special and they become like family.

Deede's Hallmark is great! I've been going there for several years. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. Even though I moved down to Shelbyville, TN about 7 months ago, I still make it a point to go to Deede's when I have to drive up to the Nashville area. I'll definitely continue to shop at Deede's! Looking forward to going there for the 2022 ornament debut in July and October!

I am from out-of-town and dropped in Deede's Hallmark for a card. This store is beautiful...clean...organized and offers a great selection of not just cards but also great gift items.

The employees greeted me with smiles and kind words. When I asked for help in finding an item, they walked me to the location rather than just pointing a finger.

I just don't see that "good old-fashioned customer service" much any more, so, needless to say, I left very impressed. When I am back in the area, I will go back to check out Deede's Hallmark again.

I needed a wedding gift and found a great gift they personalized for the newlyweds. They had it ready in about 25 minutes. I was able to buy the gift, card and paper there. The nice sales lady wrapped it with tissue and placed in a box. That made it so easy for me to wrap. I will start shopping there more often. They have a great srlection and gift ideas!Also signed up for Hallmark rewards
