I will drive past 100 GameStops just to get to my favorite location. The store manager Lillith is AMAZING. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY HELPFUL! Just went in and bought our son his new switch OLED. The manager was real friendly and helpful. Wish they would've had a screen protector, but those are like gold and hard to come by right. Everyone is out of stock. I think Nintendo should include a screen protector in the console box, I would pay more for that option.

We bought a new case for it too, and again the manager runs a premium game stop. Thanks.

Love this game stop. It's not super crowded very knowledgeable and amazing staff. I found out a psvr controller was an older model meant for the PS3. Luckily they had one more controller left so I can play my psvr. I love going there and looking at the games available and all the pops and everything geeky one geeky lady would love. I also love seeing stuff I can possibly one day buy to upgrade my streaming abilitys. They will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Most of all I've been there often to know they know their games and other items. I've asked them about certain games and some games they get really into how they like it. It makes me feel like a little better knowing that they know your games and can help you find what interests you or get it delivered to that location. Best customer service one could ask for. I go back quite often and would recommend this GameStop to anyone who's looking for somebody who knows there stuff. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Only one employee working but he is super friendly and works to answer questions and get people in and out as quickly as possible. He is bombarded with phone calls about the elusive PS5.

This particular gamestop is conveniently located for me. They always have Pops that i can't find at other locations. The guys who work at this location are always really nice and helpful. Even helped me transfer my PreOrder to their location when most locations don't like to even tho they have the capability. Plus there is usually not a whole lot of people when i go so i also never feel crowded.

They didn't have the game I was looking for (used copy), but they had a great buy 2 get one deal. The staff was super friendly. Easy in and out trip.

This GameStop is spacious with really helpful employees. They looked out for me even when my local one couldn't. I appreciate them doing me a serious solid especially in this chaotic time.

Great store. I was visiting from out of town and got a great deal on some pre owned games they had extras of. Staff where nice and knowledgeable about their products.

Called about a game they didnt have available. They took my number down and gave me a call as soon as said game was available. It didnt take long to recieve the call. I was very pleased.
