This Harris teeter is my favorite. The store layout is great, the products are numerous, the prices good, and the service stellar. Great place to shop!

I absolutely love this location. The pharmacy male tech, Eric and Karen in the general check out area , the meat department butchers have always been so personable and efficient . I’m very sad to relocate to another area in Raleigh . It’s a necessity to find a great grocery / pharmacy close to home .

There are a crazy number of grocery stores in Cary and Harris Teeter is our favorite for most things. Not too high end, not bargain basement, but just right. And of the many, many HT's in town, we drop by this one at least weekly. It's clean, bright, cheerful. We like the cheese selections and hot pizza, good deli, meats & fish, and lots of fresh produce. They have an amazing decorator in the bakery with charming cupcakes and petit fours. You might find milk or eggs cheaper elsewhere but if you want one-stop shopping, this is it.

One of the newer HT's in the area with a helpful staff, great layout, Starbucks cafe, & large deli area including hot foods bar, sushi, & pizza.

I love my neighborhood Harris Teeter! My husband & I walk up & shop "European style" about every other day. Our dog Nipper waits out front while we get coffee & a free "puppuccino" for him (whipped cream), & everyone fusses over him. Customer service is awesome with great employees like Vanessa at customer service, Ken at Uscan, & Veronica & Dylan in the deli. It's a great store!

This comment is to acknowledge exceptional service provided by the Sushi Team Associates. I never liked sushi until I had their Sushi. It is made with love and spectacular presentation. ! I've tried other Harris Teeters and none compares. They are engaging, friendly, and its evident they enjoy what they do! They are an asset!!! PLUS MOST OF THE OTHER STAFF ARE NICE AND PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE as well! #bestharristeeterintown

Always fresh, quality produce. Fresh, delicious Sushi is made daily at this deli 🍣 !! Excellent spare ribs are cooked at this store, too (thank you, Jason, for the incredible customer service in grabbing a rack straight out of the oven for me!) 😋

Harris teeter customer service is great. There prices are great with the vic card. The staff is so kind as well as the pharmacy. The selection is very large for wines cheeses and whatever one might need.

Had everything I ordered - they are well supplied!

As far as grocery stores go, They all have their own pros and cons. This particular one has far many more pros. Magnificent selection, clean store, helpful staff, fresh produce, meats, fish, deli selections, and I actually enjoy shopping here. Highly recommend store.

Good clean supermarket. Big parking lot with lots of handicap spots (that I need.). Lots of HT brand and discounted goods.

Harris Teeter have some of the best staff at any grocery store. The senior discount on Thursdays, their FUEL rewards, return and scan policies are excellent! I just wish Kroger, who owns Harris Teeter, could figure out a method customers could find out through technology which stores have an item in stock other than having to call customer service at each store and having them physically check their shelves and hold an item you need at the Customer Service desk. They used to be able to tell you which stories near you have an item in stock, but their software changed and they do not have the ability to do so now. I would also like them to install a least one handicap lane for people using riding carts like Wegmans has in their stores (Wegmans have at least 5 in each of their stores recently built in the Triangle.

Went in for great labor day sales; Gatorade 8 packs, totinos party pizzas, sour cream, etc. Also got a couple of great deals on discounted to sell that day shrimp and beef items. Plenty of lines open in a holiday weekend; no wait. Went in for a couple items. Came outvwith a cart full. Some many fiidbtgings and deals this week. As usual plenty of stock and great customer service.

We always have a good experience when using the grocery pick up service, but Joyce makes it exceptional! She always picks out meat and produce exactly how I would and that is very important to me and very well appreciated in our home! If she ever has to make substitutions, they actually make sense and she always gives me a quick call to make sure I’m informed on anything that was out of stock or produce that wasn’t up to the standard I normally shop for. This is not the level of service I’ve received at other grocery stores, and because of Joyce we’ve been exclusively shopping at Harris Teeter for a while now. Thank you Joyce!

This is a really nice grocery store! Clean, well-organized, and generally well-stocked. We love to use the "Express Lane" during busy weeks, and the folks who do the shopping for that service do an excellent job-- we've only had one or two produce duds in the year and a half or so since they introduced the service. The beer selection is one of the best for grocery stores in the area.

Andrew the store manager is amazing!! The cashier left my bag of apples out of my bag. I live quite a distance fro the store, so Andrew delivered them and an extra bag & flowers, I was at work, but what a nice surprise when I got home and saw them in my front porch!
Andrew went above and beyond, and that is great customer service! He should be commended!!

Employees are very friendly. Store is very clean. Displays are well cared for and seasonal in nature. I can find organic fruits and produce at reasonable prices. If they advertise certain items they always have them in stock.

Excellent service. Clean and attractive store. Everything organized well. Employees eager to assist. There's a huge salad bar, sushi bar, cheese department, even a pizza bar. Prices are very reasonable and many exclusive items are available. Don't forget a custom bakery and deli.

This is one of the good Harris Teeter locations. There are others in the chain that aren't great, but I stop here regularly to get supplies for my father-in-law, who is in a nursing home up the street and is unable to get out due to COVID restrictions. It's nice to have this well stocked store right up the street if he needs anything so we can get it to him quickly.

Love this store.Sometimes though they are out of the sale items the day they go on sale and then don't replenish them all week. Not cool HT! Other than that the produce is fresh and so is the meat. I love the pharmacy and the pharmacist is very helpful. Very convenient to where I live and the employees are very friendly.
