Dollar General

I really appreciate the manager Grady. I placed 2 pick up orders this week and they both were cancelled with no explanation. So I've decided to drive up there to see why. When I walked in Grady greeted me and I ask him why my orders are being cancelled he explained to me that they aren't receiving orders. Like it's not coming up in their systems. I was so angry until he told me that this has happened before. I was able to get all of my items and I received great customer service. Thank you so much 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The staff here is amazing and provide friendly service. Love Grady, Carmen, Stephanie, and the young man with the long hair. Keep up the good work y'all!

The customer service is really good here. The staff is always friendly and finds ways to tolerate the countless rude customers that come in on a regular basis. Always willing to help whenever possible without complaint. They are also the ones that get products on the shelves for you and cleans up daily messes left behind by others.

But I read so much about masks not being worn
Particularly when the store has only been open about 7 years in that location and the claims are for 2 decades of shopping in it as the store it is now.

Before complaining about masks, think about the exemptions.... medical and behavioral exemptions are permitted in mask wearing. The mask wearing really has nothing to do with customer service capability and reviews with the negative attitudes really arent doing anything good for any business. Please consider how many customers walk in and out of the place not wearing masks. Then think about everything and everywhere you go and look around you.

I personally cant breathe with one on at all and after about an hour, my chest gets painful and it gets harder with every single breath. And I'm sure I'm not the only one that happens to. I cant imagine having to wear one for 5-8 or more hours straight and be afraid of scrutiny because I'm in physical pain. Have some consideration on things before you crucify people with things you may know nothing about.

Rather than leaving nasty reviews because it doesnt carry something in stock or because you have a problem with a worker, how was your customer service provided? Was the staff friendly? Was your checkout problem free?

I'm actually going to edit this because I'm reading a complaint about a woman not wearing a mask and not acknowledging that there are possibilities to health and behavioral exemptions.

"Shopping in a store for the last 20 years" that has only been open for about 7 years is a rediculous statement. But enjoy your aggression. This "pandemic" has turned people for their worst.

This newly remodeled store it's just what the area needed. The store is well-stocked it has a completely different look and feel to it. Friendly hard-working staff a highly recommended as a discount dollar store
