Great visit each time I have went. I’m not from the area, on business now but came a year ago and had a good first experience there. Solid selection, prices are in line with what you’d expect, and the owner (I believe) was super cool and made it a point to make you feel welcome but certainly not pushy for a sale.

They have definitely helped me take my workouts to the next level. Great advice and prices! Will continue to shop there!

Super friendly service and knowledgeable. Went in for water and ended up with a yummy smoothie. I’d been wanting to find meal replacement/supplement that was actually good for you. Bought some of that too! When I mentioned the store back at AAA the guys behind the counter remarked what a great store it was. I never fill this stuff out but the good vibes from this store deserve mentioning. I’ll be back for sure!

Just went for the first time last weekend. They had some rare energy drinks I’ve been wanting to try forever & I got such a good deal. The guy (maybe owner?) who helped us and rang us up was a genuinely nice and welcoming guy. Makes sense they have 125 5 star reviews! Support local business yall!

Found this place by accident while on a work trip out of town with my husband. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have products that are hard to find anywhere else, and their smoothies are delicious. The prices are great, everything on the shelves is high quality, and they carry a good selection of women's supplements - which I usually have to search online for. Shout out to the whole staff of the Cary store, you guys are awesome! See you soon!

Love this place! I usually stop by after every gym workout because they have an actual smoothie bar! Fairly priced with a lot of fruit and green options, and a good variety of protein powders to choose from too. It's easy to have a favorite or switch it up often. They have a rewards program plus great sales/deals on their other products. Not to mention the staff and owner are awesome and super nice!

I went to the gym on my work break and needed a smoothie before heading back to my shift. So I was excited that this store was right next door. I was only in there for a few minutes, but I have to say it was a really great experience. John was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The store itself was really organized and clean. And y'all, the smoothie was amazing. It was filling and gave me enough energy for the rest of my shift. I'll definitely have to come back for another smoothie and also to check out the supplements they have!

Today was my first time coming to Kritical Nutrition. The store was very clean and the staff is friendly. I have never taken creatine before and the owner helped explain its benefits to me and chose one for me—I even got a blender bottle for free! The prices of the products there are great. There is also a smoothie bar inside—$4 for a 16oz smoothie—did not get a smoothie this time but I definitely will next time!

Just moved to Cary, NC very near this nutrition shop. They have a lot of different brands I’ve never seen at traditional chain stores. The part that’s won me over is they stock a ton of different pre workout and whey proteins and they let you take full serving samples with you to see how you like them before investing the $! What a genius idea. The owner was extremely nice and because of the free try, they won a customer, 5 stars!
