The Gamer's Armory

One of the best family friendly game stores near Raleigh. I have been coming here for years and have had a lot of great times. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The junior magic league was also great for me because it was a good way to meet other people my age that play magic.

This FLGS has a nice, clean atmosphere, a wide range of products, and plenty of space to play games. They have a rewards program and offer 5% discount to military and veterans with proof of ID. This is my favorite gaming store in the greater Raleigh area and my place of choice to play MESBG with my friends.

(By the way, if you don't play Magic the Gathering, don't try going to this store on a Friday night lol--it will be extremely full)

A great store to shop at for board games, guidebooks, and many more items to buy! Friendly, free of space, and calming to be at! Highly recommend to come and shop here!

Great place to find all your games, they order anything at competitive prices, some rare out of print finds too. I was a novice but joined their Marvel Champions league and the staff makes you feel so welcome, no matter your skill level.

This place is great! You can talk with other gamers, buy dice, supplies, rules books, merch, all kinds of things. They even have a discord and some games running on different nights.

Been here a few times for pokemon prerelease events. Players and staff are welcoming and do a great job! Have some pokemon products for sale, but no pokemon singles if that's what you're after.

Staff are really helpful, and very much into the hobbies. Plenty of tables and terrain to play 40k, magic, dnd. It's much more than a shop it's a community center for tabletop gaming! Joined the discord channel to schedule games.

This place is awesome. They have something for all types of tabletop gamers. If you're into card based games, board games, strategy games or the old pencil and dice rpg, you can find something here. There's tables available for use. Not sure if theres a charge. Every time I've been there, there's been a bunch of people playing. Usually Magic the Gathering or other card games. I go for RPG stuff. They have plenty of Pathfinder stuff. He's got Warhammer minis and the rpg. The fellow that owns the joint is super. If you're into gaming, you gotta visit the Armory.

I’ve been out of the hobby for a couple years but as soon as I came in the staff and a regular stopped what they were doing to answer my questions and help, even invited me to a gaming night at the shop. Exactly the type people you want at a local store. Really good family vibe, I dig it 👍

Great local gaming store. Person working Sunday afternoon shift was really kind, and she let my daughter choose her own set of dice from the random assortment directly, talking out the color choices.

Gamer's Armory is my favorite local game store. I've frequented them for almost a decade and a half. The owners, Crystal and Scott have always been very friendly and supportive. I used to run a fantasy and science fiction club, and we would meet at the Gamer's Armory. They're super family and kid friendly, and their environment feels comfortable. They have a small snack bar and wonderful selections of board games and miniatures. I'd highly recommend coming here to play games with friends, and you should definitely support this store!

One thing you should know if you are a magic: the gathering player is that this store does not have FNM events for the Modern format.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the in-store community is really chill amd welcoming. This has become the new place my group and I meet to play EDH and Cardfight.

Amazing store! Sunday is Pokemon tournament and open play. What an awesome family fun destination.

Great spot for any size gaming. They have events and a great selection of paint supplies and figures. (D&D). The guys there were really friendly and helpful!! More than just D &D BTW.

Great store. Well stocked with cool board games, minis at a great price, and everything I need for my pathfinder 2e game.

Super friendly group of folks that operate this store! Very competitive prices for games and accessories with plenty of room inside to plop down with a game from their community library and play for Free! Definitely give these guys your business! 👍

I haven’t played MTG in a few years, but a co worker told me about the Friday night drafts so I went to check it out and had an awesome time! The staff is great and ready to answer any questions you have about games, the selection and prices make shopping in store worth it too! The crowd for MTG was such a mix of wonderful people and the environment was welcoming, I almost felt like I was a regular on night one. They also have tons of games to check out and play while there. I will definitely be going back and would recommend the store to anyone!
