Store was clean and organized. Staff were helpful and nice. We placed an order online, grabbed a couple other things and checked out smoothly.

This is a great place to go to if you're into arts and crafts you can find almost everything you're looking for and then place here very nice and always willing to help you I watch the store manager help a customer out and completed their transaction on the the customer didn't have to do a thing it's always nice when you see the manager and they're helping with things thank you for your great service

Great selection of all sorts of art and craft related items. If Michael’s doesn’t have what you’re looking for, then there’s a good chance it just doesn’t exist.

I had 4 prints framed, the staff was so helpful and friendly. They were done before the 2 week promised date. When I went to pick them up the girl was so wonderful and even helped me get the to the car even tho I was parked at the pet store since my husband has difficulty walking longer distance, and I had escorted him to the pet store prior to coming into Michaels. Was a great experience all the way around!

I was so impressed with the manager, Kim, tonight. Not only was she very patient with the cashier, but she was so sweet with her interactions with my daughter and me. It makes me want to shop there more often (five stars for her great customer service).

Very easy. A young lady asked me and daughter if we needed anything, but we had found it, and self checkouts made it quick and easy. The organizers were a great price I may swing back for more

FYI bring your own bag or it will cost you! Moving things around if you can't find it ask. The employees are very helpful. They are adding lots of new items and brands. Give yourself extra time to check it all out.

Arts and crafts isn’t my thing so i am always flustered trying to find things but every time i come into this location the representatives go above and Beyond to help me. Kare is phenomenal and is such a delight! Love this location.

Clean place with a large selection of items, especially seasonal finds. A little on the pricey side but the online coupons make it better. I don't shop there without one. The checkout lines are usually long, but they have gotten better than they used to be. It takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get in and out, even if you know what you want. They almost always have what you are looking for, and that is very important.
