AT&T Store

Excellent service despite the snow storm and got us upgraded quickly and back home in short order. Tyrel was excellent to chat with and very friendly

Once again I came back to the O’Fallon att store to get my new iPhone and watch s9. I do live in St. Louis but my husband lives in Belleville and I will always return to Erica in ofallon att where she works. She is the only representative I will go to. She is knowable conscientious and has the patience to help me learn all about the iPhone 15 pro and the difference between the watches. She transferred all my pictures and showed me how to use all the new apps. If she ever leaves this store I would have to find a new att store to go to. She is the best and has excellent customer service.

ERICAAAAA!!! Absolutely amazing service. I’m a Verizon customer but she made sure I knew all the benefits of switching and the at home options for WiFi and tv packages. I’m under serious consideration after dealing with this incredibly convincing human being. Absolutely 5 stars!

They took care of all my needs and have me all the proper information for my bill and taught me about how to protect my phone. I will definitely be coming back here! Such a great staff!

Went to o'Fallon at&t store explained my mom's phone had no network and Brian helped her out and did the troubleshooting on his end still wasn't working called their service and was very helpful and found the problem out was very pleased with the whole experience at this store. We went to belleville store wasn't helpful and also one in south county and still didn't take the time to do anything not all stores created equal apparently. We will keep our business at one in o'Fallon Illinois. Thank u all we appreciate you greatly!!

I went to this store because I was having difficulty transferring all of my stuff from my old phone, to a new phone I’d purchased online. They were moderately busy, but I was still immediately greeted, and then right away the store manager was there to help me. Even though I hadn’t purchased my upgrade through their store, I was treated as if I had. Michael was very knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process. I wasn’t pushed to purchase all kinds of accessories that I didn’t need, I told him before we got started, that I didn’t need any accessories. Michael, accepted that, respected it, and still treated me, and my issue as if I’d spent $100s of dollars in his store!! Lol
I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go to this location. It’s a bit laid back, it’s not crazy crowded like some locations. So whoever is helping you, can devote their time in finding and fixing whatever issue you have. An old lady and her husband were leaving as I came in. They seemed very pleased with the service they had just received, thanking the staff for their service, all the way out the door. Lol

They have a great team of people working there very friendly. Special thanks to Daniel and Erika who help me get my new Phones. Working as a team to help get me what I needed. Keep up the good work.

Very appreciative for Mike & Brian at the AT&T O'Fallon (IL) store! I had a problem that AT&T's corporate customer service could not resolve. It was very frustrating. So, I decided to drive up to the closest AT&T store and speak to a human, face-to-face. Both Mike & Brian worked together to help me resolve the issue and complete a transaction that customer service just couldn't figure out.

Not only did they know their stuff, they were very professional and very friendly throughout the whole encounter. They definitely improved my perception of AT&T by fixing what others could not.

I just came into the OFallon store and was greeted by Erica. I didn’t have to wait and she took care of my needs immediately. I was so impressed with her expertise. I live in West county and visited the crev Coeur location and the person the waited on me was Sam. And he was very rude I have a iPhone 13 Pro and I will be getting an iPhone 14 pro from OFallon in a few months. I told Mike that she should get a raise for her (over the topic) performance. I am very pleased how the store is run.

Tristan and Bryan were the BEST sales rep that I’ve ever had. We ran into issues but every issue was resolved and they were both very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I just had the best sales rep I’ve ever had at an ATT location. Brian was extremely helpful and had the most gorgeous eyes I’ve ever seen. Just looking into those eyes made me want to upgrade my phone. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and asking for him.

I have spent time at the O’Fallon Illinois store today in hopes of having some changes made to my account. My account was messed up and it took time to fix. Kelly S and her team were incredible. Every person in this store were busy and incredible at helping each person in a timely manner! The amount of compassion and help was incredible! This will be our new home store when we need help! Everyone is friendly and so knowledgeable!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, great listeners, clean store, great atmosphere, great deals, great quality merchandise, affordable plans, answered all my questions. Went above and beyond. Thank you Brendan (for helping me in the beginning even though I had to do extra stuff on my end to get it to work. You were very patient. He also help give me info on the different ear pods available.)Makaela (the first person greeted me the day before and discussed the plans and differences between the phone I wanted.), and most of all Ebony. Ebony worked with me through the phone transfer, picking a case, screen protector, and quick charge charger. She also helped me through the trade in.

Ashley was the best. She was fast, friendly, personable and super friendly. Thank you Ashley!!!

Went in the the store with questions about our bill. Erica provided answers and set our billing for auto payment. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up purchasing much needed accessories as well!

Best experience I've ever had at an AT &T store! McKayla was new and training and so friendly and sweet. I can't remember the name of her trainer but he was patient and professional. They helped me find exactly what I needed and made the whole process so smooth. I couldn't be happier!

Brian and Tristen were amazing during my visit! Everyone was very kind and fun but professional. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
